We own a new 2016 C Max and were on our way from Kansas City to St. Louis when the air conditioning went out. I called your dealership and spoke with the service manager. I explained that we were headed out on vacation and had an AC problem with a possible defective evaporator sensor. He told me he was booked solid on scheduled repairs but put me in touch with Joe Droege in parts. Joe told me he did not have the part but could have it by 8:30 the next morning. Upon my arrival the next morning Joe had the part and after consulting with the service department determined that the part was simply inserted under the dash. Joe went out to my car, replaced the defective part and I was on my way! What Joe did was well beyond the call of duty and he is to be commended for outstanding customer service! My wife and I cannot express how happy we are with Ford Motor and your dealership. Thanks for saving our vacation!!

I gave a 2008 F-150 that was hail damaged. Most of the damage was taken care of with dent less removal but the roof was another story. Pundmann body shop repaired this damage to perfection. The shop kept me informed all the way. I only use their shops for ALL of any needed repairs and maintenance on my vehicle. They are very professional in every thing they do, from the sales end all the way to the service. The customer is always number 1 here ! THANK YOU !!!

Ive had the 2016 Edge SELa month now and absolutely love it. Theres not much more Id want out of a vehicle. Im a fat xxxxxxx used to getting in and out of a lifted Excursion, but I get in and out just fine, plenty of headroom, comfortable seating, plenty of storage for fishing and camping crap as well as groceries, back seat theres enough room for passengers to be comfortable, drives very well, comfortable ride, plenty of zip to it. Brakes do grab a bit, but you get used to that and adjust your driving style like you would any other vehicle. Im very happy with it, and look forward to the next ten years at least driving it.

This review is for a 2016 Edge Titanium v6. I had a loaner 4cyl turbo earlier in the year and found the power lacking. The v6 provides plenty of power off the line and in highway passing situations. It is EXTREMELY quiet. It handles well, much like the Fusion which shares this platform. The interior is very nice -- Sync 3 is a marked improvement over the previous iteration. I was very impressed by the amount of storage for front passengers. Note: my previous vehicle was an Expedition. The only knock: I hate the trend of increasingly high door sills. My vehicle has the BLIS system. I would not by an Edge without this as visibility is no where near that of the Expedition. Also, I'm not a fan of the rear lights. They look like someone gave the truck a wedgie.

Room and safety for family. We have two kids both with car seats and there is plenty of room. All wheel drive works in snow (WV winter tested). Plenty of cargo room. Can handle four adults comfortably as well. A bit pricey out of dealership, but hope it lasts to make up for that.

Great comfort front and back seats. Display is large enough to see while driving without taking eyes off road to focus....navigation awful. Takes me past places I am looking for, when I use voice commands it calls wrong people, also some buttons so small you really need to make sure you get familiar with vehicle so you can press when needed. Once in a while I detect a hesitation with the tranny, but then it picks up speed again. Trunk one button great feature, twice I stood by it with keys in hand and it started closing on me, I lived. Yes great vehicle. I feel secure and comfortable.

Okay so I was in the market for a new (smaller engine) vehicle; Saturday 17JUN I visited Sunset Ford (St. Louis) because I had been eyeballing an Oxford White Focus they had on their lot. My wife accompanied me and we walked the lot, looked at some of their stock, then went to Bandana's BBQ in the adjacent lot for lunch. We discussed in depth me looking at the White 2016 that kept catching my eye: 2016 Focus SE Hatchback with a sunroof, backup camera, and less than 34k on the clock. Pardon my language but combined with the lifetime warranty from Sunset Ford, it was a xxxx of a deal and I would have been a fool to pass on inquiring on it. The thing that made the complete transaction as smooth as possible was our salesman, Jim Wagstaff. Jim was pleasant and professional when approaching my wife and I in the lot and wasn't an annoyance. We asked if I could take the Focus for a spin and I instantly fell in love with it. When we returned to the lot, we were more than ready to sit down with Jim and begin hashing out a deal for said car. Within about an hour and a half they had made me an unrefusable offer on my trade-in and an amazing offer on the Focus. By end-of-business, my wife and I rode home in my brand new 2016 Focus SE. Honeslty though, even though I was (and am) in love with the Focus, the deal probably wouldnt have been made if Jim was a pushy salesman. He was attentive to my questions and even laughed at my corny jokes (even though they most likely weren't funny).. This Ford dealership's current slogan is "Dont close the Deal til Sunset". If it wasn't for the well trained and courteous salesperson, this deal most likely WOULDN'T have been made. Long winded but overall: My wife and I were impressed with Jim and the car buying experience at Sunset Ford. I can def. see me doing business here again in the future, and sending any of my friends/family to see Mr. Wagstaff. Thank you Jim and Sunset staff who helped me with the purchase of my new ride.

First off I think Ford hit the nail squarely on the head when they redesigned the second generation Edge. Styling is cutting edge and the interior is as well appointed as many SUV's costing several thousand more. It rides well and the comfort level goes well beyond other vehicles in its class. Performance, also exceeds my expectations for a vehicle this size.

First, you should know - I hate buying cars. The drama, the games, the whole process. And I just moved here and had no history with any dealership, no recommendations to go by. So when I saw a Pontiac with low miles and knew I had to have it, I wasn't relishing having to make the actual deal. Lucky for me, turned out the car was at Sunset Ford and it was the easiest purchase I ever made. Jim Wagstaff was a total joy to work with! He made everything simple, starting with a really decent test drive (not the two-mile around the block kind), answered all my questions, and got me the trade-in price I wanted. Sunset offers a lifetime warranty on engine/powertrain/transmission, something I've never seen any dealership offer. As a passionate fan of Pontiac (this is my 4th) I couldn't be happier.to make this deal! Thank you, Jim!! Now on to finance. I was pre-qualified by my bank but their process was slow because of the holiday weekend. Jim took me to Jason in Sunset's finance dept. and he was able to beat the bank's interest rate by .5%. He offered me options on extended warranties (there were a few to choose from) and explained each. No pressure, no telling horror stories of what's going to happen if you don't have it, etc. Just straight business and again, a real pleasure to work with. I couldn't be happier with the whole experience. I know this is long but there's more to tell. I had a piece of trim come loose after picking the car up yesterday, took it back this morning and Jim and Perry had it taken care of quickly, no hassle. Late this afternoon I got a call from the finance manager, Treff, and he tells me he's found an even better interest rate, would I like to stop back and redo the paperwork to take advantage? WHO DOES THAT?? LOL Of course, I went back and Jason and Treff did the paperwork and now I'm saving a full point on interest over the life of the loan. That is truly taking care of the customer. I have never had an experience like this buying a car and I will never go anywhere else in the future. I recommend anyone looking for a car to go and talk to Jim and the Sunset team. THANKS, GENTLEMEN! PS Jason even called me after I left to let me know the time of the Cards game tomorrow had changed from 12:05 to 6:15. How nice is that? And the tickets? I put my business card in their drawing box and won 2 seats behind home plate with valet parking pass. Cards fans will understand it's like winning the lottery! Sunset, you've made my weekend!

Today I purchased a new 2016 Ford F-150 from Steve Lower at Sunset Ford. I had initially contacted Steve within the past week after stopping by to look at new trucks. I found a white F-150 with a front bench seat that was close to my needs after looking over the lot and was greeted by Steve when I walked in the door. Steve was friendly and professional. He looked over my selected vehicle, talked about it features and contrasted it with my original 1998 Ram 1500 4WD in terms of towing. He also talked through the features of the new truck. After we had talked a bit, he took the information on the truck I had seen on the lot to the manager and came back with a very good offer. I told him I was still doing my research and would be getting back with him. A day after my visit, Steve sent me an email thanking me for my visit, offering to answer any further questions I had, and telling me about Sunset Ford's Owner Advantage program. I also got an email that day from the Sales Manager, Larry Sidberry, thanking me for my interest in a Sunset Ford product and asking if they met my expectations for service. Two day ago, I got an email for the General Manager, Pete Heutel, also asking about the quality of the service I received from Sunset Ford. I replied to both managers letting them know I was happy with my interactions to date. I replied to Steve thanking him for his help and asking about vehicles in gray tones (silver or magnetic). I also asked him about a 6.5 foot bed on the super crew trucks. Steve initially replied telling me the 6.5 foot beds were limited and then called back a two days ago telling me he had three trucks (white, silver, and black) that met all of my needs: Super crew cab, 302A package, 3.5L ecoboost engine, and a 6.5 foot bed. I scheduled a visit for today and took a test drive of the silver F-150. My wife and I loved the ride and the room. The truck bed was perfect for the size I wanted to haul things. The tow package would take care of towing either an ATV trailer or a camper. We decided the silver F-150 was just what we wanted, so we returned after the test drive and told Steve we wanted to buy the truck and trade in my '98 dodge. The process went smoothly, with the financing being worked out within about half an hour by Justin Lombard. Within about an hour and a half after walking into Sunset Ford today, I drove out in a new truck that is exactly what we wanted at a price that was more than fair. Kudos to the staff at Sunset Ford and special thanks to Steve Lower.

I went back to Mini last week to meet with Karen Fortune, my Mini advisor to discuss specials on 2015 they were running. Having a Clubman previously, I wasn't really considering it again and thought a 2016 would be out of my price range. However, after Karen had Neil Westfall look over the numbers, I was pleasantly surprised to see that it was actually well within in my range. Karen took the time to discuss all of my options with me- from select, to traditional pricing, to a lease. This is the 4th Mini I have had, so Karen is very familiar with the condition of my Minis, the mileage I put on my cars over the course of a year. I was very interested in a lease but wasn't familiar with how a lease worked. Karen was very thorough explaining the ins and outs of the lease, which I ultimately went with since I like a new model every 2-3 years which didn't fit with traditional financing. Paperwork was quick, simple and straightforward. Tina Logue handled that and explained to me what I was signing, and what to expect plate wise and registration wise since this was a lease. Paperwork literally was less than 10 minutes and there was zero pressure for extended warranties. After that, I was eager to just take the keys and go since this was my 4th Mini. A lot of sales people would have agreed and been happy to see me walk out the door since the deal was done. However, Karen knew I had not driven the new models extensively. Due to the numerous changes made to the 2015 and 2016 models, she wanted to ensure I understood the new features that were available in the car, as well as take the time to program the settings to my own personal tastes (turn signal flashes, night time interior brightness, exterior pathway lights, Bluetooth/phone pairing, radio station programming, etc.). After we went through everything, Karen did a final walk around the car. Before I drove off the lot, she made another appointment a week out so I could come back in, and ask any questions I might have about How To's related to the car. That evening, she also reached out to me personally to ensure I was enjoying the car. Karen's level of commitment to her customers goes way above and beyond what is expected. She is passionate about what she does, and takes the time to get to know you as a person. She is well versed on all of the models Mini offers- both from a technical perspective and design perspective. Karen is not pushy and follows your lead which makes the entire process stress free and straightforward. A lot of sales people can be intimidating, and buying a car can be intimidating. I know with Karen it won't be. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Karen to my friends and family because I know as soon as they walk in or talk to her on the phone or in email, they'll be in good hands.

This was by far the best experience I’ve ever had at a car dealership. Ado at Schicker Ford on S Kingshighway made sure I got the vehicle I Really wanted. The process was smooth and easy. He even call and text to see how things are still going. After filling a chapter 7 I was very scared with buying a vehicle but he made sure my payments were affordable. I love him he was amazing. Our first stop on Lindbergh was at Sunset Ford and was greeted by Keith Boerding, Sales/Lease Consultant. He asked what we were looking for, and gave us an opportunity to wander around the lot. Once two pre-owned vehicles were within the guidelines of what I wanted, he was very informative and took the time to answer any questions we had. He checked the first vehicle, a 2015 Toyota RAV4, made sure there was sufficient fuel' placed a plate in the window & told us a route to take where we could experience both local streets and the highway. The car was very nice, but I also wanted to test drive a 2014 Ford Escape Titanium Turbo. He went through the above procedures once more pointing out several features. Was very impressed with both the appearance and handling. We never left Sunset for another dealership since I knew I wanted that SUV. It had just been brought in very recently and had not yet been detailed. Since the purchasers of my previous car had already picked up the car, Keith was aware that I had no transportation at that point. He walked the paperwork to the service department so that was a better chance of it being detailed, inspection and emissions done so there was a possibility that I could get the car on Monday evening, which did thankfully happen. Since I had put a deposit down, the car had not yet been detailed, he had great news for me when he called to tell me the car had been through all of the checks, and the tires did not pass inspection, and all 4 were replaced with new ones. What a great surprise, since I had just put all new tires on the car I sold. Every step was handled in a very friendly and professional manner, including explaining every detail of each feature to me and changing my plates for me. I would definitely recommend Keith & Sunset to anyone who mentions they were looking to change cars. Keith left me with the assuance that I could contact him with any questions or issues. I felt like I was dealing with a friend, who truly had my best interests at heart!!

Perfect trunk Space

Wanted to use this car to travel through the US full-time with my big husband and 2 dogs. The handling is very good and hugs the road well. Really liked that it had cruise control and navigation as well as ports for our cell phones and tablets. The trunk space is perfect for 4 seasons of clothing and occasional other items useful for everyday living. So happy to have leather seats and purchased plastic floor and trunk mats. It makes keeping it clean much easier.

This Ford Edge is an SEL with many options. Sport wheels, leather interior, voice activated climate, entertainment, navigation "SYNC" etc. When used with Sirius can even compare gasoline prices from nearby stations. Prices vary as much as $.25/gallon. I never new that. Went to through the hills of Vermont and the ride was superb. Very comfortable, smooth, and quiet (little road noise).
