He said car was already sold, but there was no sold sign on the car nor was the ad removed. He was not too cordial or anxious to find something else for me.
I never thought I would walk out with a new vehicle. Mark really made sure I was comfortable and explained everything to me about my purchase. I would definitely recommend Mark to my friends and family when buying an vehicle. I will also continue to work with Mark when its time for me to upgrade. Well let me say," I got a new Mech today. why, Is because my normal Mech was not there. I must say, Dan the new Mach I had was as good as Scoot when he work on my car. The lease on my 2015 C-Max ended and I needed to lease another vehicle. Unfortunately, Ford has discontinued the C-Max, which I loved, so I selected an Escape. Love the care and the dealership and sales person were outstanding. I had been using the dealership for service on the C-Max because it's less than a mile from where I work. They have been excellent as s service option so I figured I should buy my next vehicle from them. Everything worked out perfectly.
I was searching for cars on the internet, and found many at Brenengen’s in Tomah. I called and said I was coming over. I met the salesperson Marty, and he spent hours with me looking at and trying out cars. I did not buy that day. I became ill and the car shopping was put on hold for a few months. Started searching again on internet. I called Marty, and we looked at and tried out a couple cars. I found my dream car, a Ford Escape. Marty was a special person who spent hours with me finding the car I wanted. He had the service Department have it all shined up for me when I got there. Then he spent more of his time showing me all of the new features. This guy is amazing. Ask for him. He will treat you like no one else. The dealership and all the people in accounting and every other dept are very friendly. As I said, go to Brenengen’s in Tomah Wi for your next car

My f450 Diesel needed immediate attention as I was hauling prorodeo horses to a nearby PRO RODEO. THEY PUT ME FIRST THING IN MORNING AND DEDICATED A HIGHLY SKILLED TECH TO KILL THE PROBLEM. THEY GAVE me A LOANER CAR SO I COULD TAKE CARE OF MY HORSES WHILE WAITING. IT GETS BETTER. They called to say a expected repair of originally quoted 650$ was only 160$ due to wiring that was truly the culprit. They are honest and forthright. The owner took time to discuss and introduce himself. The hospitality was outadapark.!

I appreciate Mike Hall, Perfection Honda???s Service Manager (I believe that is his last name?), always being willing to confer with me whenever I come in and getting me initially set up to work with a relatively new service advisor so that I might continue to have Sebastien as my Service Technician. Eddy was my Service Advisor and handled my time in Perfection Honda???s Service Department with the professionalism and respectful courtesy that I have come to expect each time that I have needed to have regular service (or the much less frequent repairs or warranty work) performed on the many Hondas that I have owned dating back to the mid 1970s at a whole slew of different Honda dealerships in three states (California, New Mexico, and Colorado). I appreciate how well Eddy handled my A 1,2,3 service on my 2015 CR-V. I also appreciated the opportunity to briefly speak with Sebastien about the work done and ask questions about servicing options, considering what had already been recently done in the past several months. That kind of communication is very meaningful to me.
From beginning to end best car buying experience I have ever had. Honest friendly
and no run around! As soon as I walk in the door I felt comfortable and not pushed into something I didn't want.
