It was great buying this car, i had researched it, followed up with METRO FORD and bought it new form them in OCT 2015. Since then the experience has been totally positive for all my service needs and the customer service and follow up are outstanding.

Feeling excited about my 2018 Ford Edge! Fair price and all features and options that I was hoping for. Recommend this car for anyone looking for some luxury in a cross-over vehicle.

I had a great experience as far as communication and response to my concerns. I really liked the idea of buying a car online but the prices aren't that great. I know shipping is a cost but I would like lower prices.

This car has met all our needs. Comfortable ride over long distance trip, plenty of room for cargo and/it additional passengers. Great for personal electronics front and back and plenty of safety features.
My previous Fiesta that I also bought from Bob Allen Ford was in accident/totaled. So when dealing with insurance companies you don't have time to go out comparing. I sent my request online for help finding my car. I also did my credit approval online. So when "Woody" responded that he had what I was looking for, we set up to meet after sending me a picture of the car. From the time I walked in to the time i drove away in the my new Fiesta was just over 90 minutes. The Jason and Guy got me some nice deals for my car as well. Looking forward to my next purchase (hoping in another 6-7 years.)

The Edge has a good ride and the way the interior is layed out everything is right at your finger tips. The cold weather package is a must.
I had been to numerous places to shop for a car, but Evan approached me and I knew immediately that he was going to be honest and work me to make the deal that I needed. I highly recommend working with Evan. No issues.

Chris Hagen and Nic Rocha were awesome. They took care of my wife and myself. I purchased the truck of my dreams and my wife purchased her dream car as well. I found it amusing that Mccathy morse chev right next door couldnt make our dreams a reality but Bob Allen ford could. Bob Allen is a dealership second to none in my eyes. Is a great sized SUV. Bigger than the compact suvs, but not a monster. Gets great gas mileage, handles well, easy to park and maneuver. Wonderful for a family with a dog, plenty of cargo room for luggage and out 70lb dog. Look forward to having this Edge for years.
Tim was a very good salesman. He was polite and very courteous. We are very pleased with the truck we bought. The dealership was clean and the coffee was good! The finance guy was really nice and explained everything very well.
After spending the last month shopping for a small SUV on line and in various car dealerships, I bought a Ford Escape at Olathe Ford Lincoln. Alax Klien was very helpful in answering all my questions and finding the right vehicle for me. My new car has everything on my want list, at an affordable price. It's not too small, and not too big, and there was no pressure to buy. Everyone there was very knowledgeable and easy to work with, and Alax patiently explained all the new technology in a way I could understand.
Very Poor Dashboard Visibility

The dashboard is almost invisible during the day as it is very dark and can't be lighted. Dealer refused to do any thing about my concerns: The dealer was Key Scales Ford in Leesburg, FL
Sam was very helpful and provided excellent service. I did not purchase the vehicle I was considering but it had nothing to do with anything that he did. Just found something else.

very roomy, looks good, drives good, wings on hood obstruct vision some, no big issue. Problem is ride is noisy and rough like tires are stiff. This also creates minor dash, door. window vibration noise even though minor, still annoying. My 2005 suv with good tires does not do this. I have researched and found the prelli tires I have are much cheaper than Michelin which would give a better ride comfort.
Best experience ever buying a car. Corbin Haas is the the best salesman I have ever worked with, he made the purchase of buying a new car fun! Thanks Corbin so much for all your time and help! If your looking to purchase a vehicle I highly recommend Corbin.
I was first in line on a Saturday morning before Christmas to get "The Works" on my F-150. Mike Wells came out to greet me before they opened to check me in and get my truck inside. He set a realistic expectation for how much time it would take and delivered on that expectation. He went over the report with me, was very friendly and personable, made his recommendations and expert advice. I always enjoy the service Dept at Olathe Ford, they have taken care of my truck and my wife's Escape with the utmost care and respect. Courteous and professional. I worked at a Ford Dealership in the Greater KC area for 10 years as a manager, I know it isn't easy to put a happy face on first thing on a frigid Saturday morning. We appreciate what Mike Wells and the entire Olathe Ford Service staff do for us! Thank you for being a great local dealership.
My family has purchased 4 new or used vehicles from Dave Littleton Ford over the past 10 years. We've worked with Hope Hallowell each time and the experience has been excellent. Your salesperson handles the entire deal, no getting passed around for financing or trades, etc. You'll get the best overall deal without having to argue the pricing. They are realistic on trade values and will explain why your car came in higher or lower than average. They don't charge documentation fees. Overall, we've been treated fairly and like a friend. This car met all my needs. Its smooth driving and its easy to get in and out. I love the heater seats. My love riding in the car with me and also my grandchildren's.
Josh Hooser was the man for the job! We emailed same day to test drive a Jeep and were seen not 3 hours later! Josh let us drive all over to really get a good feel for the engine and supplied more stats that we didn’t even think about. He explained all the paper work and even let us have a spare tire that was missing! Overall, felt very comfortable and informed when getting a used Jeep.

5+ Star for Sales team. Great experience. Works well with customer. Paper handling and title/registration dept "upstairs" is AWFUL. 1 month from buying and still not received papers. False promised 3 times already saying its mailed out (outright lies). Everytime you call they have excuse for lying previous time. Now my tag expires in 3 days with no papers in hand. That's the "LEGENDS WAY" I guess..
