El Cajon Ford was amazing I was working with the internet sales department they helped me get what I was looking for that not only fit my budget but worked my challenged credit. By the time I arrived they had the car I was looking to buy out front ready to go with the ac blowing which was great especially with the heat we've been having. When I came in my internet sales associate then introduced me to his general manager Paul Dyke, his sales manager josh and His internet director bobby morales they really treated me like a customer something no dealer has ever done for me before I felt you can say SPECIAL and very important to them you can really feel the family ownership in this place in comparison to the other larger corporate stores! I love this place I will be back to purchase more cars and highly recommend this place to everyone in search of a new or used car.

I traded in my 2014 Mustang as I needed a vehicle with more room and that sat up higher off the road (now need to drive down a dirt road). Definitely a ton more room, easily drives on the dirt road & handles great!
Very easy to purchase, the entire thing happened over email and the papers were signed via overnight FedEx. Less than 1 week later, the car was in my driveway. It does take longer than a traditional dealer, but you don't have to sit there for hours while the paperwork and financing takes place. The car came in immaculate condition, no paint chips, no scratches. Interior was perfectly detailed and cleaned. Good price, low mileage, clean history report.

This car is excellent for family use, plenty of space in the trunk, big savings on gasoline because of eco drive and a must have for those who wanted a quality vehicle.

I purchased my 2018 Ford Edge Sport 3 months ago and so far haven't been disappointed. I use it for my short (6 miles round trip) daily commute and have taken it on a couple of road trips. The car is very comfortable, drives well and has plenty of power. I love the panoramic sunroof and the seats with the suede inserts are very comfortable. The only things I don't love about the vehicle so far; the Sony stereo isn't quite as good as I hoped and the gas mileage is just okay at 18 around town and 26 on the highway. I bike, golf and tailgate a lot and this vehicle has great storage for a midsize SUV. I shopped around for 3 months before deciding on this vehicle and feel it is a real bargain for the price I paid.
Bobby the internet director took great care of me! Had the car I wanted pulled up washed and ready to test drive before I even got to the dealership!
The nogotion process was quick and easy, I left in my brand new Flex and have been happy since.!

We had never tried an Edge, but once we got inside one...we were sold. Comfort was very important (we're both over 65), so we wanted room in the seats and a smooth ride. Love the many special features...but the comfort is what sold us.
Matt at El Cajon Ford is the man to see. Customer service is A+ and he has your best interest in mind.

Is a great sized SUV. Bigger than the compact suvs, but not a monster. Gets great gas mileage, handles well, easy to park and maneuver. Wonderful for a family with a dog, plenty of cargo room for luggage and out 70lb dog. Look forward to having this Edge for years.
I had an appt at 10am and service dept was great because they are trying to finish service faster. Greatly appreciated.
