We had a collision with a raccoon this past weekend that left our coolant system with a hole in it. We,re from out of town and had the car towed to Ed Shultz Ford. The dealership was closed. I left the contact info/key. First thing monday Derrek called me to assist us. He took care of everything to get our car repaired asap. If I lived in area, I would buy from Ed Shults Ford because of the great service from their employees like Derrek Ames. Derrek made a positive difference in a difficult situation.

Honestly the best car buying experience ever! Our salesman Todd was courteous, personable, patient (we brought a two and six year old with us) and an all around great guy to purchase from!! We will absolutely buy another car from them in the future! Highly recommended from a family that purchases a car every few years!!
The service dept. forgot to put my next oil change mileage sticker on the windshield. It always seems I get a bunch of service coupons via email, right after I have service done to my car, not before the service.
Over the past week we have had both of our vehicles into DeLacy Ford for routine maintenance. We could not be happier with the quality of the work, and we were absolutely blown away by the manner in which Ray took care of us.

I'm retired but I still like early appointments when I need service. The service member was courteous and polite and explained what I was having done. I waited for my car and I had a pleasant & brief wait while chatting with another customer. My car was ready in an expected amount of time. Very satisfied with their service department & employees.
