Interested in a Lincoln Hybrid I was shopping around and was prepared to go out of state to buy what I wanted. Went to Diffee Lincoln saw the car drove the car bought the car. I had been talking to Lincoln Dealer in Texas. I asked the sales person in Texas if he could make me a better deal on the same car. He said no and that the deal I was being offered from Diffee was a great deal and not to walk away. That simple a Great Experience
Sales associate, owner, and finance employees were great to work with. All staff genuinely cares about you and your purchase from "Hello" all the way to "Thank you for your business". This is the second vehicle I have purchased from Diffee and I plan to return for another in the future.
Leased a new 2018 Ford Expedition Limited. Laine Diffee gave us a great price and the Finance Department's knowledge of leasing is exceptional. We ended up with a great payment for such a nice vehicle. Definitely worth the short trip from north Edmond.
Great salesman,great dealership,crooked finance man. He sold me a maintenance plan and said it covered all maintenance for 75,000 miles. When they finally mailed me the contract, it was only for about 48,000 miles and did not cover everything. They waited until it was too late to opt out as I did not open the mail for about five days. They would have gotten five stars if not for the lying finance man. Too bad they had someone like that working for them.
I went in after I had a car accident. I was treated with the respect. They were amazing with my children. I would recommended them to my Friends and Family. The Buying process was very calm and not so stress full.
Cannot rave about this dealership enough! I found a Mustang online that I loved- I showed up at the dealership and was greeted by Anthony. He walked me through the details of the vehicle and process of purchasing it. He made the whole experience breezy and worked within my budget. The GM stopped by and talked to me about the car for a while as well. EVERYONE here is pleasant and friendly. They are one of the easiest dealerships to work with.

I purchased my 2017 F-250 Platinum from here in August 2017, this is the 4th family vehicle we have purchased at Diffee starting way back in 1997 when we bought a 1997 F-250 7.3, which we still own, at the mcarthur location. We never have issues and always receive the best service and best deal around and Connor has been our sales guy the last 3 purchases he is always exceptional! I regularly use their service department for my services and Phil has been great about communication and always ensuring I have a very nice loaner in the mean time while my work is done. I appreciate everything Diffee Ford and Lincoln does for me and my family. We will always be here to buy first before looking elsewhere as long as the deals stay great!

We went in to buy a new Ford Truck at Joe Cooper Ford in Yukon. Our sales consultant did a great job, we test drove the truck, and were waiting on the paperwork to be completed and sign our check. Well, the deal went a little sideways right at that point. Needless to say, I was very angry and walked out, BUT, the staff at Joe Cooper would not accept that. Everyone worked to make certain that they did what it took to make sure that I drove off the lot in a new Ford truck. A special thanks to sales consultant, TREZ JACKSON, and General Manager, DANIEL PARKER, who went above and beyond the call of duty. We have driven Ford vehicles for 40+ years, and my next new vehicle will be another Ford - you can bet that I will buy it from Joe Cooper Ford in Yukon. They were honorable and upstanding!
