It was my first time buying at Tenvoorde and they treated me like I was a lifetime customer. The deal was very easy and timely. They made the whole thing very painless. I will be going back to Darrin for future vehicles.
This is the third vehicle that we have purchased from Tenvordy in the past seven years. I chose to buy from them due to our relationship with the sales person Darren E. I trust him to get me the best deal he can. Believe me, I made him work hard for the sale and he did.
I had been looking for a vehicle for months and have dealt with numerous sales reps during that time. None of them even came close to Darin Ennen. His responsiveness, knowledge and honesty was outstanding and he was a pleasure to work with. One issue we did experience was when we first walked in the dealership we noticed he had a Packers hat sitting at his desk. I thought to myself -This guy must have terrible taste and awful judgement but I decided to give him a break since it's the holiday season and he has had a couple dreadful years already. Maybe next year Darin :-) Thanks again Darin. We love our new vehicle!
We have known Darrin since he was our Schwann Representative years ago. In 2014 he sold us our Edge and we still love it. Today he sold us a truck and he went out of his way to make sure we were happy with our purchase.
On 4/7/2018 I was driving from Nashville TN to Billings MT via Hutchinson MN with my second leg of my trip only 40 minutes in at 6:15am and a temp of 6 degrees outside. My phone stopped working and then my vehicle started running poorly with smoke rising from the hood forcing me to pull into the lot across from the Chevy dealership in Paynesville MN. When speaking to the Chevy dealership they told me there was nothing they could do to help me because I was driving a VW. However when I called the Paynesville Ford dealership the shop manager told me to drive my car immediately to him and that he would have the door opened for me to drive right into the shop. Though , he acknowledged he only had a skeleton crew and he would be unable to plug my car into a code reader, he was encouraging to the fact that it might something simple caused by the cold temps, well it was something simple( frozen condensation in catch-can) and I was back on the road in less than 90 minutes! This man saved my stranded butt. Thank you Yarmon Ford for having great people working for you and a great service mentality.

Mike bower is and excellent salesman I enjoyed buying a truck from him service department on the other hand could use a little touch up I was happy with everything other than the delay on taking cover and liner out of old truck and put a new truck there was some confusion going on that was out of Mike's hands but Mike stepped in and got the job done xxxx he even went out and change the license plates for me great job Mike keep up the good work I have her get back in Minnesota I'll stop in and say hi if you're still selling trucks and cars have a great holiday
The dealership as a team helped me beyond my expectations. They helped me out of a situation and did everything they could to get me into a reliable car and an affordable one at that. I am beyond grateful for how much they truly cared and really took the time to help me. Amazing team!
