There's no high pressure sales talk but they are willing to help you find a vehicle that suits your wants and needs. On the day of purchase the paperwork was completed quickly and features of the truck were explained. The service department takes appointments and I have been very satisfied with it. The quality of their work is excellent. Cromley's is the only place I go to when I am ready to trade my truck. I have always had a good experience there.
I live in western Indiana and had spent several hours on the internet trying to locate the 2018 Silverado crew cab that I wanted. I found it at Herlong in Batesburg-Leesville. I spoke with a very friendly and easy-to-talk-to Reed. After agreeing on a deal, I with my two granddaughters drove 700 miles to Herlong. Everyone I met at the dealership was pleasant and friendly and made me feel they were truly appreciative of my business. As we were leaving I was very impressed when Reed and his sales manager both came out, shook my hand and thanked me for my business. It is a class organization! I would recommend them to anyone.
I was due for a ???new to me??? car and found one online. It was exactly what I was looking for. The used vehicle was detailed and cleaned up nicely. I traveled from Lexington to Edgefield and would do it again for the great no hassle experience. The staff took time to explain the features of the car and show me how everything works. Mike, the deal went fine. I was a bit put off by the fact that I was not told about the truck being a smokers vehicle., even after I asked. I don't know why dealerships never learn this. YOU CAN ALWAYS TELL! I don't care how much detailing you do. I am still waiting for a copy of the carfax. It should have been provided the day I was there. I asked for it and I have asked since and let you know the copy sent by phone is not readable. Lastly, the warranted insurance rates offered were way too high. I don't appreciate being asked what I want for coverage then having a finance person quote on whatever they think they can get away with. Price nearly cut in half towards the end. Someone didn't listen.,,,, It doesn't make sense to negotiate vehicle price then pay a huge premium for a warantee. An experienced car buyer knows that.
I was very nervous, and my boy freind to me to go there. My sale guy James Fraley was a big help, he went above and beyond to help me and the financial manger was also get they make you feel like we are great friends, but the other car lots prejudge you looking at you like you can not afford to get a new car from them, not Jim Hudson with them we are all equal. And my daudhter's new car will be coming from Jim Hudson
My salesman D.West went above and beyond for me as I purchased my Ford escape titanium. After a horrible experience with Dick Smith Nissan and Kia I was upside-down in my Nissan Sentra and they wouldn't give me the time of day or try to work with me, but D. West never treated me as I was never going to get out of my car. Thank you D. West. When getting to the financial manger he also worked with me even when I had a mini break down.
My company sent me out to get a truck so I asked a few friends who they would recommend. Chris Andrews is who i was reffered to and apon meeting him i knew why. He was direct and knowledgeable. Went through a few options that fit what I wanted I had everything done in 2 hours and when my wife needs a new suv I will be back to see him.
My Colorado was starting to die, replacing part after so I choose to go back to an f150.
I went to classic Ford first but I quickly left after being pushed to take a truck I didn't want. So I went to Jim Hudson Ford, Chris Junior was there and helped go through his entire inventory. We didn't find exactly what I wanted so Chris said he'd go and get the one I wanted. 2 days later he calls me and my truck is ready for me. When this truck starts to die I'll be back to see Chris Junior.
Been shopping around online for a new F-150. Found one at Jim Hudson I like and talked to Chris Dawkins in sales. Very honest, not pushy and knows a lot about their trucks. Real easy to deal with unlike what you expect from salesmen. I highly recommend.
