Ours wasn't a case of coming in and seeing exactly what we wanted at the right price. Our case involved multiple trucks & test drives over a 2 day period, staying after hours to finalize the deal & required bringing over a vehicle from another store. The salesman, whom I have forgotten his name was outstanding. He drove with me to get my second trade in and drive it back. We then found the truck on the lot across the street I wanted. I met with the sales manager and the senior manager. They were both excellent. I made the deal. We always would want more for our trade in but I felt all three gentlemen took good care of me and I am happy with the purchase. I was shocked that my credit score of 810 only got me an interest rate of 5.5%. I contacted several lenders last week and was offered 2.5%. Would like to waive the prepayment penalty and not pay so much interest on my first payment if possible. Other than that, I was very pleased. My very close colleague is former President of Ford Steve Lyons, and I told him the same info after my purchase.
Disappointed in level of service this year at Auto Nation. Been a customer since 2007.
