Mr. Kwami was a very helpful person because he tried to satisfy my needs by making sure I got the right F-150. He was patient with me and allowed me to take my time when deciding if I had picked out the right car. Furthermore, Mr. Kwami is a friendly person who is always there to help out others by giving them the best services.

I was in need of a service van for my business and Kwami took the time and go through what i need. We look at few van and went for a test drive and i finally made my choice. There were few complications along the was but i was able to get my service van home the same day with Kwami's help. I walked in and left with a new van with fair price that day.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
We were looking for one of the 2 last 2018 Ford RS in Maryland and this was the place! Kwami was very friendly and professional. I got some hot chocolate from their lounge to enjoy during our finance process. They played no games, gave us a great price for our trade in and we were on our way. We needed a specialty bracket ordered for our car and Kwami went out of his way to ensure we were not inconvenienced. I would 100% recommend him as a salesman.
I had a wonderful experience at Academy Ford. The saleslady, Ashley, truly listened to me when I told her what I wanted and she guided me to the right car. She had a lot of patience ! Because of Ashley I ended up with the car I truly love :)
My service rep Ken is the ultimate professional when it comes to customer service. I've serviced my car at browns for the last 2 yrs. Not once have i had any problems with service. I mean that 100% i am truly a satisfied customer. I brought my car there 2 yrs ago, and when i get 300,000 mileage on this one, I'll buy another from here. Completely satisfied!!!

I went to Koons Ford to test drive a 2018 Explorer Sport with no intention of actually buying it from them. I was going to buy it from my hometown dealer in Michigan, where I get the employee A/Z plan. The salesman “Said” was a true gentleman and was very helpful. He followed up with me the next day and asked if I was willing to hear their offer. Although itvwas originally several thousand $ above the deal I arranged in Michigan, he continued to work for me over the next 10days until he was able to get his management to meet then beat my Michigan dealer’s deal & they gave me a very very fair deal on my trade in. I would deal with Koons Ford again in a heart beat.
Visiting from out of state we were panicked when our door handle came off of our 2013 explorer. Cary in service was polite, professional, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help us.

Just picked up my new Raptor this afternoon. Ordered it on 5/8, build on 6/11 and delivered today. I can't say enough good things about Eric, Kirk and Will, my sales rep. They called this morning to tell me it was in, so took a ride up just to look at it. To my surprise, Eric, the sales manager asked if I could stick around and they would put a rush on and get it ready. There's no question about my answer. Once the paperwork was done, Will started showing me all the Electronics on this thing, it's like being in the cockpit of a plane. Once again a Big THANK YOU to everyone. And the price was better then any other dealer around.
