My salesman, Jeff Barnes, went the extra mile to accommodate my schedule. My wife was in Cleveland Clinic. I was staying in Cleveland 3-4 days and returning home for a day or two. On one occasion, Jeff was willing to give up a day off for the lease purpose. I had to cancel, he worked around my schedule to complete the lease process.
Good Service , professional service department. Willing to help when I came in earlier and their was a 2/12 hour wait. The service department person scheduled an appointment
which was better for my situation
Ultimately I did not end up purchasing the vehicle that I spent a lot of time looking at, but I thought it worthwhile to write a review of my experience. My first contact was Blaine, the Sales Manager. He was incredibly nice and had his consultant Cody call me with all the information I requested. Cody was knowledgable and what he didn't know he tried to find out for me. There was no pressure and I would not hesitate to send someone there who was looking for a preowned vehicle. They had a very nice selection of cars.
