With out getting into too much detail, I simply wanted to acknowledge Scott who runs the service department. I was having an issue with a CD player I had bought the year before and was initially told I needed to buy a new one. Scott jumped in and was able to get the CD player fixed for much less than my original option of buying a new one. This act of kindness and dedication to his customers was very much appreciated by me. Having an employee who looks out for the customer and cares about their experience is a huge asset. Thank you Scott.
I love my Jeep Cherokee. Jim was a great salesman, he explained everything and answered all of our questions. We were not there long at all. They have great people working there and they work to get you the vehicle that you want.

Great as usual. I had a serious callback on my last Ford and 2 dealers before Autonation Covered up the problem of my back axle breaking. Ford rules stated they had to keep the car if any stress marks showed.Both dealers sent me on my way, uninformed, That is when I went to Autonation and have never been sorry. I bought my current Grabber Blue Mustang. From the salesman to finance to service dept. and free carwashes I have met courteous,empithetic people there. Yesterday I had my dog with me and a man found me a nice seat in the brezzy tent set up while under construction. Everything still ran smoothly. They rotated my tires too that I didnt know was part of my contract. Car was done in 20minutes.
Purchased a preowned 2015 Nissan Sentra with very low miles and priced great. Carfax was available to review. We live about an 1-1/2 hours away. Talked with Alex Stanley over the phone and he was able to make a deal with us on our trade in. They held the car for 4 days till we were able to make it in. No disappointment here.
