I can't say enough about Bluffton Family Ford! I found their vehicle online and reached out via the web. They responded same day. Their customer service was top notch. I never once felt pressured from any of their staff. I was in a lease with another car company and Todd from Bluffton Family Ford sat down with me for an hour (on a busy Saturday) to review my lease with me and answered questions that I had. Unfortunately we found out that I was unable to walk a way with a car that day due to my lease. Even after finding out this information, the finance manager Linda sat down with me and assisted me with available options moving forward with my lease. I was taken back by how helpful they were knowing that I wasn't leaving with a new car. To me this showed that the word 'family' isn't just a name in their title, they live it up to. I am proud to say I was able to come back after working through my lease and purchase a car from them. I'm very lucky to have worked with such great staff. Throughout this process I stayed in touch with Brett and he provided honest and quick feedback the whole time! While we are almost two hours away, I will still be referring people their way!
Was searching for a used car in a specific color AND in a size not made now. Online found what we wanted and advertised in great condition. Absolutely as advertised. Mike M. was honest and fair. We live at quite a distance and he volunteered to meet us halfway. We chose to make the drive with title in hand. Closed the deal favorably and drove the "new" car home shortly later. Pleasant dealings with Mr. Eicher, the owner, and Mike. Had to purchase a front plate bracket from the local Buick dealer and the workers were amazed at the condition of the car. Highly recommend Moser Motor Sales!
Probably the best experience I've ever had at a dealership. Sales rep really knows his job. Owner even involved himself and knows how to treat a customer. Also they did a wonderful job preparing my auto. The car I was buying was 12 years old but they treated me as if I was purchasing a brand new one.
I made an appointment, confirmed the appointment when I arrived on time it was the guys day off. So they passed me to someone I had not been discussing my wants with. I explained I had $32,000 to work with. They could have said "we cant help you" And it would have been no hard feelings and I would have been on my way. instead the kept me for 30mins. then came back with 34,500 and said they were loosing money on that. So I got up and left. First off they arent going to sell you a truck at a loss. Otherwise they wouldnt have a job. Secondly there is the sticker price, then the invoice price then the dealer cost. When they say they are selling you something at invoice they are still making $2-3,000 profit due to the dealer holdback and dealer incentive monies. I dont do games, I know what I want I know what I have to spend and I tell them so. either they can deal with that or they cant. I didnt appreciate their games.

My wife and I recently needed to purchase a new minivan for our family. Honestly, we weren???t looking forward to it - we were overwhelmed and a bit stressed... and the timing for our family budget was rough. We had heard great things about the New Haven O???Daniel Ford, so we decided to at least try to talk to someone. My sister recommended Mike Pocci, and she was 100% accurate. Mike was genuine, kind, and very knowledgeable. He did not try to get us in a more expensive car. He stayed in our budget. He kept in contact with us through text and calls the next free days before we officially signed. We also worked with Ryan Keebler and Mike Everton, and we couldn???t have been more impressed. Everyone was upfront and honest. They all communicated with us throughout the process. This team made this potentially stressful situation easy and even enjoyable! We will 100% return to Mike, Ryan, & Mike when we need a vehicle again, and we will refer them to ANYONE! Thanks, O???Daniel Ford! PS. And they have a GREAT selection ??? we LOVE our new minivan!!!
We decided to look around for a different vehicle when we pulled into Bob Thomas Ford West. Matt Wilson was very helpful and patient with us since we didn't really know what we wanted. We finally decided on a new Ford Escape and couldn't be happier. Thanks, Matt, for all your help!

Wow! What a great experience!!! We worked with Mike Pocci, Ryan Keebler, & business manager Mike Everson... and they were a fantastic team! They were respectful and did not pressure us in any way. They helped answer all of our questions (even when I still did not understand remote keyless start after the 2nd explanation, lol!). I previously owned a 1998 Ford Explorer (limited), I loved that vehicle. The next vehicle was a 2005 Mercury Mountaineer. I soon realized I should have stayed with an Explorer. I recently searched and found my 2018 Explorer (limited) at Bob Thomas Ford and with their help I'm back in the vehicle I love. It's a great vehicle, great purchase experience, great price, great sales and financing support from Bob Thomas North location, couldn't be happier !!!! Went in there and vehicle was priced a bit above the KBB but they gave me Good trade value on my truck plus we worked out a deal on a few added things to make up the price point difference. It was a pleasant buying experience overall. Talk to James Mendez, he was very good salesman and didn't pressure me into anything I didn't want.
We were very happy with the service of our salesman and purchase agent. They gave us excellent knowledge of the vehicles and rebates. We would highly recommend friends and family to this Ford dealership.
Dave Forbes went out of his way to help me through the process of getting a new car replacement for my totaled car. He helped with figuring out the insurance coverage which was not expected but extremely helpful. Nikki in finance was so helpful and friendly that the buying process was great from start to finish.
