Majeski Supported Their Vehicle

We bought an older vehicle that had substantial issues in the first year. Since Majeski had a great reputation until then, I brought the issue to the Sterling store management and then to Greg, who was surprisingly concerned and sympathetic for a large business owner. I won't put him on the spot with specifics. I will say he made a correction for us, apparently just because he wanted to, as he didn't have any legal obligation to do so. I was ready to write them off because their claim of quality vehicles seemed to overpromise. In the end, our experience is that Majeski has good customer service and good vehicles and even when a dud slips through the system, they aren't just going to leave you hanging. To me, THIS is why you pay retail price instead of buying from a stranger off the internet.
