I actually went to buy an explorer and once I drove the edge I was sold. Has alot of leg room and it has all the luxuries I had in my previous vehicle. I love how it hugs the road as well as the feel of safety driving it. I would highly recommend the Ford edge .
I came here looking to replace my 2002 Cebu Trailblazer with a 4Runner that they had on the lot. The salesperson I dealt with was Frankie Cox. She was professional with a great bubbly personality and made my car buying experience pleasant and enjoyable.

This car (2019 Ford Edge Titanium 2WD) has surprised me in the power and handling it has. Easy to merge on Interstates with short entry ramps, great handling, lots of cargo space. It has taken a bit to get us to the placement of all the controls, having moved from a 2016 Prius. The infotainment center is excellent and the Sync 3 system is easy to use. If you are looking for a new (or late model) vehicle, you really should consider looking at an Edge.
MY FATHER PASSED AWAY RECENTLY AND HE HAD TOLD ME TO FIND ANOTHER VAN THAT MOM COULD GET INTO EASIER. I LOOKED AROUND ALOT. I FOUND THIS RIGHT HERE IN MAYFIELD UNDER MY NOSE. I CALLED A GUY MY SON WENT TO HIGH SCHOOL WITH AND MADE ARRANGEMENTS FOR HIM TO BRING IT TO OUR HOME SO MOM COULD TRY IT OUT. SHE IS HANDICAPPED. SHE MADE IT INTO THE CAR WITH NO PROBLEM!! IT WAS SOLD!! LOGAN ARMSTRONG WENT TOTALLY OUT OF HIS WAY TO MAKE THE SWAP BETTER FOR OUR NEEDS. I HAVE DROVE THE WHEELS OFF OF IT SO FAR. VERY HAPPY AND PLEASED. THEN YESTERDAY, I HAD A PROBLEM. WHILE SHOPPING I TRIED TO SHUT THE DOOR AND FOR SOME REASON IT WOULD NOT CLOSE. IT WAS POURING DOWN RAIN AND I STARTED TO MY PHONE TO CALL MY DAD. I BROKE DOWN IN SOBS. I DROVE THE CAR HOME WITH THE DOOR WIDE OPEN. I IMMEDIATELY CALLED LOGAN AND HE AND THE PARTS MAN WERE HERE IN 30 MINUTES. THEY ORDERED THE PART AND THIS MORNING THE FINE MEN CAME OUT TO FIX IT.I AM SO PLEASED WITH THE PROMPTNESS AND FRIENDLY HELPFUL SERVICE. IT PROVED TO ME THAT THE DEAL JUST DID NOT DRIVE AWAY. I KNOW NOW THAT MY DAD WOULD BE HAPPY WITH THE DECISION I MADE. THANK-YOU PURCHASE FORD OR THE AWESOME SERVICE.

They are great cars to have. Great on gas and good on power. They are right size. Nothing too big nothing too small. Its the perfect vehicle for me
Went in for an oil change and NYSI. Since I purchased my car there, my 5000 mile service was free of charge. This included oil and filter changes, tire rotation, topping off all fluids and of course the usual safety checks. Made an appointment and waited for vehicle to be done. They got me in and out within less than an hour, and the waiting room was awesome. Would highly recommend them.

The 2019 EDGE ST met my husband’s need for a sporty vehicle and my desire for second SUV (we own an Explorer which we love but didn’t need another 7-passenger vehicle). This vehicle met all our needs and surpassed our expectations!
This vehicle can find you a parking space and it can park itself! It has cameras all the way around and also has “driver assist” which keeps you in your lane, xxxxs the engine when you’re stuck at a bridge (we live in Florida on an island) and restart once you take your foot off the brake!
In the transmission “sport” mode, you can use the paddle shifters on the steering wheel to manually shift through its 8 gears.
This car is not only an eye pleaser, but a wonderful, fun vehicle to drive.
The service was very friendly from the phone call to walking in the door. Ben was knowledgeable and understood my financial situation. He went to another dealership to get the car I was looking at. He was very upfront concerning the trade in procedures and how certain cars have higher trade in values based on the seasons. Service was quick and I didn???t feel pushed into anything. Joe, the finance manager, was very positive and outgoing. Listened to my stories, laughed at my jokes, and concerned about my past car buying situations. He was very through in his explanations. Joe even called around when he heard I was interested in extended warranty and matched the competitors price. He was understanding of my financial situation and didn???t push a lot of extras on me when I said no. Overall, my experience has been outstanding. I had to return to the dealership for a couple follow-up things and everyone one was friendly and considerate. Some of the best customer service in the car industry I have ever had. My friend even got a $100 referral reward for sending me to see Ben! Thanks for making her day so much brighter.

I LOVE this car. I have 3 MINOR problems with it though.
1. I dislike the Auto Stop feature that turns the car off any time I stop at a Stop Light etc. (haven't figured out how to defeat the feature.)
2. I do not like the Gear shift Knob. I prefer an old fashioned Gear Shift.
3. I don't like the stabilizing fingers in the cup holders.
I guess that if these are the only three problems I have, I must be pretty happy with the car ;-)
I am extremely impressed and appreciative of Marco, Katherine and the team. After having the worst experience at a previous dealership, they helped clean up the mess and give me the BEST deal possible. Transparency is what I got and felt comfortable with the process from start to finish. Ford Edge is a good reliable car, very happy with the purchase, seats big people comfortably. V4 gives enough power to get thru traffic. Good mid size suv.

I have only driven it for a week but, to date, I am extremely pleased with the Edge. It drives and rides very comfortably and I believe that it’s gas mileage will be comparable to what I experienced with the 2017 Fusion, perhaps slightly less. The interior is outstanding. It offers a very quite ride and the safety features are excellent.
I came across a coupon for a $17.95 oil change and thought for sure it was a gimmick. It wasn't! And they had me in and out of there in less than an hour. It appears to be a brand new store and is very nice, though they had those fancy coffee makers and I prefer the old fashioned kind.

The car is beautiful inside and out I love that you can have Waze or Google maps on the screen . Love the trunk space. I do find the front end a little wide, it can be a little awkward parking but i am happy with my vehicle
A month ago purchased preowned 2014 F-150 from Sheehy Ashland. It developed an oil leak (rear main seal). Under Sheehy warranty was repaired with no cost to me. In addition they provided me with a 2018 F-150 to use while my vehicle was being repaired at no cost. Thank you Sheehy Ashland for your excellent customer service and repair to my F-150. Excellent service and follow up on vehicles sold. Than you again.

This vehicle handles well, it’s quiet, and a lot of leg and head room. Very stylish and I’m happy with the one touch system. Overall I am very pleased.

My only 'issue' is in fact not with the dealership's service department nor the personnel...but is rather with the difficulty in obtaining body and interior components for my (2002) Ford Escort ZX-2.
...After my car was past 10 years old I've noted that it is nearly impossible to replace items such as interior floor mats...the plastic headlamp covers and items that over time become worn and that I would like to replace or otherwise re-furbish! Ford...(and other auto manufacturers, likewise)...provide little in the way of resources to allow owners to replace worn interior and exterior trim items and even certain mechanical components...once vehicles become more than a decade old.
Some of us who purchase a car new and who take care of and maintain pride in owning it for long intervals, are thus 'frustrated'...discovering we are left to our own resources once we eventually do require replacement parts to maintain our vehicles to our satisfaction.
I do NOT hold the dealership responsible for this...but it is unfortunate and frustrating when one is unable to diligently maintain the vehicle to high standards past 10 years due to unavailability of replacement components. I wish Ford and the other manufacturers would stock replacement items for longer spans, so as to accommodate 'long-term ownership'!

This car looks and preforms like the Ford Escort ST only as a SUV (ST). It has all of the safety features and performance. It drives great and looks great. It gets great gas mileage for it's size. It is even comfortable in the rear seats. There is plenty of cargo space.
