I went car shopping a month ago. I hate car shopping but Damian was awesome. Knowledgable and no- pressure. He made the experience tolerable and that’s a major accomplishment because I hate car shopping.

Found a used truck online at this Ford dealership, called and spoke with Casey. He was all over it. Best customer service I have experienced in a long time. I get it, salesmen are out to make money selling cars...But I have to say that Casey made me feel like the most important person that he spoke to that day. Listened to my situation and went to work for me based upon the information that I voiced important to me. I left the dealership that same day with the truck that I found on their website. Very happy and satisfied customer!

Overall very satisfied. Do you're research and know how much you want to pay. The process was smooth, and not a lot of back and forth. Pam Pletz was great and I would highly recommend going thru her if they have something you are interested in.
Excellent experience. I'm a careful researcher and made several visits to the dealership. Mark, Johnny, Mike, and Coach were all very patient and answered every question. Final selection was an Explorer Premium not on their lot. Committed on a Friday night and they had the car on site, detailed, and ready for delivery mid day on Saturday. Super service and experience.
I went in with a specific vehicle in mind, a 2018 Ford Escape S. Spoke to Dennis Wilson a couple days ahead and we set an appointment. Unfortunately I was on call the day of the appointment and got called in, but Dennis worked with me throughout the day and at the end of the day, I drove away in my new Escape satisfied that I received the deal I was seeking.

We had a great experience purchasing this vehicle for our son. Our salesman wanted us to get the best vehicle value for our budget. We felt going in we might purchase an Explorer but we were given options based on our price point that we were working with. As it turned out we purchased an F 150 pickup. My Explorer had contaminated fuel. Everyone in the Service Dept treated me as if I we their only Customer. The Service writer Jason Weaver patiently took my daily phone calls and was very pleasant to work with. The Service Manager, David Pryor, and the Shop Foreman, Ben Aukes, took the time to meet with my husband and I and the gas station's investigator to explain to him how the fuel seriously damaged my vehicle. Most dealerships would have just repaired my vehicle, took my money and let this be my problem. Bob Utter took great care of me and my vehicle.
