I had been in contact with your sales person, Bob Kingsbery, about turning in our 2013 Explorer which was nearing the end of a 3-year lease. Bob guided me through the end-of-lease steps including the need to have some body damage repaired. We had discussed getting a new Explorer in the very near future, but when we went to pick up the 2013 car, Bob wanted to show us the new Explorers. The dealership did not have exactly what we wanted, so Bob quickly located one at another dealership. Bottom line: we signed a lease for a new 2016 that day which was not our intention when we went to pick up the 2013 Explorer. Through Bob's help and that of the finance person, we got the new Explorer for basically the same lease payment that we had for the 2013 Explorer. Bob drove the new Explorer to our house on a Sunday which I know is his day off, showed my wife the "ins and outs" of the new vehicle and took the 2013 Explorer back to the dealership. We also dealt with Bob in leasing the 2013 Explorer and find him to be very pleasant, helpful and "a straight shooter." When we are in the market for another vehicle, we definitely will be calling on Bob for his help and guidance. ERNIE SIMONS

I actually went to buy an explorer and once I drove the edge I was sold. Has alot of leg room and it has all the luxuries I had in my previous vehicle. I love how it hugs the road as well as the feel of safety driving it. I would highly recommend the Ford edge .

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

This car (2019 Ford Edge Titanium 2WD) has surprised me in the power and handling it has. Easy to merge on Interstates with short entry ramps, great handling, lots of cargo space. It has taken a bit to get us to the placement of all the controls, having moved from a 2016 Prius. The infotainment center is excellent and the Sync 3 system is easy to use. If you are looking for a new (or late model) vehicle, you really should consider looking at an Edge.

We were in need of a car after someone hit my wife's SUV and totaled it. I searched on the internet, and saw a car I was interested in at Hannah's. We went down there and they were super busy, but they found the time to stop and help us by letting us test drive the car, and taking it to our mechanic for him to give us the thumbs up, or thumbs down. We had the car for over half a day, and Hannah's did not call or bug us. We got the thumbs up, and have now driven the car for over two years. The only problems we've had were with sensors, which couldn't have been seen during the inspection. We fixed the sensors, and the car rides like a dream. Thank you Hannah for your professionalism and service. We'll definitely shop there again.

This is my second vehicle purchased from Vroom in the last 12 months, and I can't imagine ever buying a used car from a brick-and-mortar dealership again. Vroom offers a terrific selection of late model used vehicles. The pictures really make it easy to know what the car looks like. I purchased a 2015 BMW 5-series, and the Vroom price compared to a similar make/model/mileage vehicle from CarMax was $3,000+ cheaper. I selected my vehicle over a few weeks of looking at photos. The legroom in both front and back is remarkable. I do wish the seats were a little wider and deeper for the driver but that's a very minor issue. I especially like the quiet ride and the fast pickup from the engine.

My wife and I are looking to buy a New svu this Sunday after church we stop by to see what they had. She found a 2017 Ford Escape. She has never gone to look at cars before. She I'm in love with this car. On Monday morning I called the dealership and talked to Mr James Bennett. I give him the stock number. He told me he call me right back what she did. We worked out the deal with him. When we got to the dealership the car was nice and clean. My wife move the car and she loved it. She asked if the paper work was done. Mr Bennett told the we asked for was exactly where she wanted it. We traded in a 2014 Mustang.Ron speller was so patient with her we left the dealership at 10:30. What I was most impressed with Ron he went all over the equipment of the car for her got the owner manuals out showed her everything about the owners manual. Capital Ford need two be very pleased with Ron speller and Mr. James Bennett. BOTH man have alot of integrity.

I have a 2014 Ford Escape Titanium. Back, 10 years ago, when we bought a 2005 Ford Five Hundred, I was introduced to the Quick Lane. I have since been back with any all issues. It's fast, its affordable (especially with Ford Coupons), and it gives me incredible peace of mind that Ford trained technicians are working on my Ford. One thing happened last visit that makes me have even more faith in them. My engine guard was hanging down. I told the technician during check in, and he came back and told me that the screws were missing, but that they would fix it and make sure my fuel efficiency is fine, and that it doesn't fall down any more.

My husband and I was in the Dealership in the beginning on the week a bought a New suv. She got online the next day and looking at more cars. I asked her why she looking at more cars she informed me that we are going to look at cars when I get out of work at 5.00 Pm on Saturday I told her ok wow. We both arrived at the dealership the same time Mr Ron was waiting for us .We both looked at the New Ford Fusion. We took it on a test drive. She loved it she said just bought the New Ford Escape in the beginning of the week. We need a sedan now. So we bought the Ford Escape. Our son was with us he was looking at the Ford Mustang. Ron speller took about an hour and a half with him very patient went on a test drive with them. Ron speller went over everything with him on the car. Mr speller is a incredible man and we are so blessed that we met him. He is like our guardian angel. He had both of the new cars cleaned up and ready to go by 10:30 Saturday night. Mr James Bennett worked out the numbers on both cars. We bought them that night. It is truly a blessing. 3 New cars in one week.

Drove a Ford vehicle everyday for the better part of 30 years. LTD, Crown Vic’s and Explorers That took abuse from fleet use and never quit. I am a car enthusiast! I spend way too much on cars ??? but I work 24/7 and it???s my only hobby. This review will be a bit on the long side, simply because I have so much to say about my experience with Vroom. My wife gets frustrated with me because I talk so often about how amazed I am with Vroom in every aspect! I bought my first car in 1968. Back then I couldn???t afford much, but since about 1979 I???ve purchased some very cool cars. I even bought a brand new Rolls Royce back in 1985. I???ve owned: exactly 10 Mercedes, Jaguar, Ferrari, Audi R8, BMW, Range Rover and several others. So when it comes to dealing with car dealerships, I feel like I???ve become rather expert ??? AND a huge skeptic of car dealerships!!! When you buy a high-end car, you lose SOOO MUCH money, as soon as you drive it off the showroom floor. So the last time we purchased cars, we decided to purchase nearly-new cars with very low mileage on them. We bought an Audi R8 and a Mercedes SL63. And it turned out GREAT. No regrets. So now it was time to sell those cars and buy two more. I happened across Vroom.com in my Internet search, and found the perfect cars for both my wife and I at the same place ??? Vroom.com. The cars are nearly identical to the same cars we???ve been driving, but just newer. A 2014 Audi R8 and a 2014 SL63 ??? both with about 3,500 miles on them. Even the same colors as our previous cars. I got bids from several companies to sell our cars to. Vroom offered the highest amounts on both of our cars!! And it was FAR easier to sell to them than any other company. Unbelievably simple! And the prices for the newer 2014 cars was extremely fair. I flew out from South Orange County, California to Vroom to look at and drive both cars. Vroom picked me up at the airport and brought me back to the airport. I was extremely impressed with Vroom and their showroom. And without exception, every single person I???ve spoken with and dealt with at Vroom has been not only helpful and enthusiastic, but GENUINELY concerned about making me happy. Even after the sale they keep contacting me to see how I???m doing and to ask if there???s anything that I need. They got me great financing! Less than 3% interest rate. I had no clue that you could do that with a ???used??? car. No other buying or trade-in experience I???ve ever had comes even close to how great, simple and fast this was. Oh???and they shipped the cars from Texas to us at NO CHARGE, and picked up our two cars at the same time. And the nice young man who delivered the cars was fabulous. He was so very, very careful with our cars. And not only do they have their guarantee ??? I believe you have a week or so to drive the car, and if you don???t like it, they will take the car back. They even told me several times (even after I???d purchased the cars) that if for some reason we decided we did not want the cars, they would come pick them up and truck them back to Texas at NO COST to use. Unbelievable!! Well, my wife is now also so impressed that she no longer is frustrated with me for talking about Vroom so much, and telling all my friends. In fact, I???ve already asked Vroom to look for a car for my daughter. I now would not think of getting her car anywhere else than Vroom. I mentioned before that I???m a skeptic when it comes to car salesmen and dealerships. So if I was you reading this, the first thing I???d wonder is, ???Why is this guy writing this review? Are they paying him???..???? Well, I don???t know any of the people at Vroom. I spent so much time on this review simply because I believe that when people deserve credit, and they treat you so nicely, you should reciprocate and sing their praises. My name is Dr. Rod Kurthy. I was referred to Texas Direct Auto/Vroom by a good friend and I???m glad I decided to go with them for my car purchase! I initially got Billie as my car sales personnel, but she seemed to be very pushy and just aiming to make quick sale; which is something that made me very uncomfortable. After speaking with her for a while I advised I would give her a call back to speak with my financial advisor on proceeding further on this process with Vroom. When I called back I got a different agent that saw in the system that saw I was talking to Billie and advised me that she would give me a call back in 5 mins, well 30 mins passed and I called back upset because I did not hear back from her after she ran my credit and didn???t like the fact I wasn???t trying to put 2500 down. My credit score was excellent I had a 740, but I didn???t have enough credit history she said is the reason why she kept asking me to put so much money down on 23k 24k car. The last time I called upset after not hearing anything from her a gentleman by the name of Shannon Humbles answered and I advised him that I did not want to work with Billie anymore because she made me feel very uncomfortable and I felt like she didn???t personally care about helping me through the process of the purchase. Shannon is an ALLSTAR!! He went over and beyond the call of duty to help me make this purchase!!! 7 days later my vehicle sits in my parking garage and I love it! The process was so easy to purchase, I had to put 1500 which is the standard, instead of 2800 that???s Billie was demanding that I put down! Please go with Vroom! I saw a couple bad reviews and I know every process has its flaws, but I???m here to tell you, they work! They are a very good company and I look forward to making another purchase with them for my girlfriend???s Christmas gift! Thanks Shannon and Vroom!!!!
Scared to drive on a Rd trip

2017 Ford edge titanium , had to replace tires before 30000 miles. Took on trip and whole radio, GPS, touch screen quit working. Button s below would not work either. Driving thru snow storm and can't get defrost to turn on. Very scary. Called Ford for assistance and got someone over seas. Told us to contact our dealership, was told not a safety issue for recall. Really!!!!! Was told to take to a dealership in AZ. And leave so they could look at it, no rental or loaner car. I'm like thousands of miles from home.

Buying a car is stressful even if you have a lot of experience. Historically, it has been time consuming, emotionally taxing and most of us go into a dealership with far less knowledge than we ought for a purchase of the magnitude of a car. Salespeople have (understandable) pressures to move inventory and even the most fair-minded is looking to get the highest price they can get away with. It is harrowing at best. With my experience with Carvana, all of these stresses were eliminated. I browsed inventory as widely or narrowly as I wanted, for as long as I needed. I could dictate pricing ranges that were suitable for me. The car I received was *exactly* the car I examined online, right down to some inconsequential bumper scuffs. Beyond this, and *absolutely unlike* any other online business, I could speak to a *real human being* within a few minutes of calling (I had six or seven conversations with Carvana agents over the 3 1/2 weeks from car selection to car receipt). They either had the answers at hand, or researched them and replied promptly with a follow up call. Delivery coordination and drop off (and test drive) were *painless no pressure* experiences???all preparatory contract paperwork was prepared in advance leaving only title transfer stuff to take care of. It took 45 minutes, tops. (I transacted entirely in cash, so I cannot speak to the process when there is financing.) Honestly, the biggest delay was on *my* end getting the insurance transferred (having to wait on hold with my insurance company for 15 minutes). The car was 100% was described???absolutely no surprises. The images on the web site for my car were not stock images. What I saw was what I got. Naturally, it was clean, filled up with a full tank, with new tires and the whole nine yards. Even got a ???free??? Carvana reusable coffee cup and key chain. Nice touch. The part that I found the most extraordinary was the 7-day money-back guarantee, which pretty much covers a change of mind unless you get into an accident or drive it a ton (over 400 miles, and even then, they???ll take it back after a modest per-mile-over-400 charge). All in all, I was dreading buying a car (and selling my used one) and Carvana made it pleasurable. I am absolutely recommending them to all of my friends and coworkers and I hope (as a relatively new company) they keep up the excellent work.

My Titanium Form Edge has all the features I prefer and include: cherry red color, heated and cooling seat and steering wheel package, navigation, comfortable seats, sun-roof.

I was really excited the new Apex location was open. But I was also worried with the store being new there would be some challenges but I was wrong. I called and set an appointment with a guy named Steve. He was awesome, very friendly and answered all the questions I had about the vehicle. He said the car would be ready when I arrived just check in at the front desk. The car was exactly what I was looking for, the buying process was quick and easy with no pressure to buy and I did not have to haggle over price! If you are in the market for a preowned I would definitely recommend you check them out. I love my new (to me ) corolla.
Quiet and smooth ride for SUV

We put a lot of mileage on our cars and after going the hybrid route decided it was time to get rid of the noisy drive and all the bumps. Love the Edge as it performs beautifully in both categories. Have not owned it long enough to know reliability. But we'll enjoy the ride till we find out!

Just bought this car today. Put 80 miles just driving it back home. Performance is good, but has the larger engine in it. It does have mirrors that tell you if something is in your blindspot so that will take some getting used to as I turned around to look and couldn't see. Love the lift gate and panoramic roof. All in all, so far, so good.
