When me and my wife went to Germain Ford in Beavercreek we didn't know what to expect. This would be our over 20th car in 38 years and we were not quite sure what we wanted. Once we explained what we wanted to sales rep DJ Yates, he immediately pulled up all the cars close to our price range and we went though them one by one. We were in no hurry to buy that day. DJ knew the cars and SUV's inside and out. Knowledge of vehicle inventory, check. DJ offered us comfort, food, water, and anything else he could think of. Friendliness, check. As he spoke to my wife about the various cars I hurriedly looked up reviews on my phone, making sure the car we chose was one that offered consumer satisfaction. Patience with a stubborn car buyer, check. We test drove the car we liked, haggled about price, of course, and DJ went back and forth quite a few times to make sure we got the deal we wanted. Cared about what WE wanted, check. When we got done with the financing part, we found DJ hard at work cleaning and shining our car. Before we left he answered what seemed like a million questions that a 61 year old man who didn't know about all the electronic gadgets and settings would have. when I came back two days later needing a small repair on a windshield washer issue, DJ was getting ready to go on a weeks vacation. Instead of leaving me there with another sales rep, he sat down with me, listened to my concerns and made sure that I was satisfied with everything before he left the building. He didn't have to do that, but he did. Kudos and double check for going the extra mile. Also, was very impressed with TJ,(no relation to DJ) in the service department. Going the extra mile, check.
