I have never been to a dealership like Dave Littleton and I mean that in a good way. This dealer has no overhead & that's awesome because you deal with one person the whole time. I didn't feel like I was paying for an over the top dealership, and I wasn't going through an assembly line of people just to buy a truck. I was not just another number. The best way to describe it is... it is like I went to my aunt's house to visit & ended up walking away with an great truck. The staff is low pressure & dress like normal people. I felt like I did more then buy a truck, I became a part of the family at Dave Littleton. Overall, it was the best vehicle buying experience I've ever had!

I made an appointment for service (oil change & tire rotation) for 11:30 a.m. on a Tuesday, and because I cannot be away from my business for very long, I also arranged a shuttle to take me back to my office. When I arrived, I was immediately greeted by both a service associate who verified my appointment and checked in my vehicle, and then escorted to my service adviser, Jeff. As Jeff was preparing my service order, I mentioned that I had arranged for the shuttle. He indicated that the shuttle was just loading and getting ready to leave, however, there was no car ahead of my Mustang and the service should take no more than 45 minutes. I chose to stay and wait, as it would have taken much longer to go and come back with the shuttle. I made myself comfortable in the waiting area, which was not very crowded, was clean and even had coffee and snacks available. I wasn't expecting my car to be ready so soon! 35 minutes after I sat down, checked my email and made a couple of phone calls, Jeff came back to tell me that my car was ready. As I was checking-out, I asked Jeff if they offered a car wash or detailing service. He mentioned the price of the detailing, but also stated that they give a free car wash with the oil change (OK, "The Works" package, which I received), however I should allow another 45 minutes. I'll do it next time. Short of not having to leave my office to have my car serviced, I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend Ferman Ford's service, based upon this experience.

I made a 6-hour trip from Kansas to purchase my third vehicle from Longmont Ford. I used to live in Colorado when I made my first purchase from Longmont Ford and they earned a repeat customer. As usual, the experience only solidified my already strong opinion, which is why I go out of my way to give them my business. This dealership is simply the best! They openly admit and are unashamed of being built on Christian principles, which is evident in the Christian radio stations and Bibles on their desks. And, most importantly, it is evident by the integrity and personalities of the employees I dealt with. There was no pressure, but they provided plenty of assistance when requested. I hate typical dealerships and usually feel "violated" when I leave. This was not the case at all with Longmont Ford. At Longmont Ford, I dealt with two salesmen, as they were unusually busy on a very rainy weekday. There were multiple people purchasing vehicles at the same time and all the employees were diligently supporting each customer in a professional manner. Switching between two salesmen was seamless and never hindered the process. Brent Rogers and Rich Waters were the two salesmen, and then obviously I received support from others, such as finance, the people involved with estimating and looking at my trade, etc. Brent and Rich were extremely honest, very friendly, knowledgeable about the product, patient, and frankly enjoyable to deal with. Although they were busy and this was a purchase near closing time, they never indicated a hurried attitude to complete the process. Brent worked with me to find the F-150 that met the color and options I wanted. He even transferred one from a storage lot, so I would be able to see it to make my final decision between two different trim levels. Rich handled the majority of the transaction after I decided on the vehicle. I also traded in a vehicle, which was my first trade ever. Rich worked with me on the trade. What can I say? A very pleasurable and pressure free experience; an incredible dealership with so much integrity it is truly enjoyable to do business; and, a beautiful truck. While I have always been a Ford guy, I am raising four kids to enjoy Ford products and Longmont Ford as a dealership. Two of my kids own the Ford Focus and the Ford Fusion we purchased previously from Longmont. Longmont Ford is building a loyal customer base for the future and I recommend as many people there as well, especially my friends who still live in Colorado. By the way, I reluctantly stopped at a competing dealership in the south metro area, simply because they had a specific truck in stock I was interested in. The experience was so much different and they wouldn't even come close to the posted price on the internet of Longmont Ford, for the exact same vehicle with a different color & one extra option. The MSRP of the Longmont vehicle was more, yet Longmont's upfront price on the internet was $2700 less than the competing dealer would offer me and only only after I went through the typical dealership negotiation process. After I left they called to see if I changed my mind. I told them, "no, I am driving to Longmont Ford to purchase a truck," which I did. I feel guilty for even tempting myself at another dealership, but it provided additional confirmation of the pleasure and uniqueness of the Longmont Ford purchasing experience! The legroom in both front and back is remarkable. I do wish the seats were a little wider and deeper for the driver but that's a very minor issue. I especially like the quiet ride and the fast pickup from the engine.

We purchased a 204 Ford Edge. This was by far the best car buying experience I've ever been through. (I've purchased 20 new or used vehicles since 1967.) Sean, Alex and Frank listened and answered every question and concern without any BS. Extremely professional and personable. Never pressured us to make a decision and bargained fairly. Sean and Alex (sales) did not use any of the BS tactics associated with buying a used car like "What can I do to get you in this car now?" or " This deal is only good for today. I won't be able to offer it to you tomorrow.". We had an extended test drive with no strings attached which let us make our decision. Frank (finance) was terrific. He found a way to extend our warranty and reduced the interest rate to match our monthly payment. Plus he was by far the most organized financial person I've ever dealt with whether personal or business. I highly recommend visiting Currie Motors when looking for vehicle.

November 22, 2018: Here is a description of my experiences at Lake Shore Toyota, with sales consultant Mike Pietrzak and General Manager Kim Gillette, resulting in my purchase of an SUV yesterday. (1) I was informed by Mike that nobody at the dealership had any incentive to mislead customers, because they are not compensated by commission. He also informed me that the prices shown on the vehicles are non-negotiable. (2) He listened to what I said I needed, and he suggested the RAV4. (3) I drove the RAV4 and said that I would buy it. (4) Mike prepared a pricing form showing me the list price, as well as Toyota incentives and dealer incentives, and the sales tax. There was no discussion of trade-in value for my car because I did not indicate that I would trade it. There was also no discussion of add-ons like extended warranties, fabric protection, etc. (5) when I stated that the price was acceptable, the General Manager, Kim Gillette, went to her office to explore financing options. Fifteen minutes later, she came back with a printed document showing the various possible options and told me which she thought was best. Being equipped with an MBA, I immediately saw that her suggestion was correct. (6) I decided to trade my car. Kim drove it, and offered me $2000 for my 11-year-old, oil-burning Honda. I accepted the offer. This trade-in value was factored into the price of the RAV4. (7) I made a small deposit and went home to unlock my credit report. (7) Within 3 hours of my unlocking my credit report, Kim had obtained financing from Teachers Credit Union at a lower monthly payment than she had originally estimated. Kim also suggested that I come in after 5:00PM, to minimize waiting. (8) I showed up at the dealership at 5:10 PM. Mike had already prepared all the documentation. At this time, he reviewed with me the various add-on options; I declined then all, and he did not try to change my mind. I signed the documentation. (9) Mike took me out to the RAV4 and showed me how to use all of its numerous features. (10) I left at 6:50 PM, with a new RAV4, for a final cost of $25,068 (including tax). NOTE: The entire process was transparent. I was provided documents I could take home to study or take to another dealer for comparison. I was free to try to find better financing. At no time was I presented with one ounce of BS. The people at Lake Shore Toyota will not try to manipulate you, lie to you, or take advantage of you. This has been a new experience for me. Needless to say, this is where I will get my cars from now on. Plus, I love my RAV4.

I actually went to buy an explorer and once I drove the edge I was sold. Has alot of leg room and it has all the luxuries I had in my previous vehicle. I love how it hugs the road as well as the feel of safety driving it. I would highly recommend the Ford edge .

For the last 40 years I have always changed my own oil, rotated my tires etc. Recently my wife found a coupon from Ford for oil change, tire rotation, fluid check, the works all for only $40. I realized I couldn?t do it for that amount. The service was quick, good and they did not push extras on me

Love the power of the sport. Heated steering wheel is wonderful. Glad we speant the extra money for the sport. Smoother shifting than Edge sel. Like the fact the engine does not shut off. Fantastic sound system. Extremely happy with this car so far.

I met Javier on day one of my car search and after visiting over 15 different dealerships in 4 different cities, I ended up back at Lake Shore Ford to purchase my 2008 Chevy Malibu! He was extremely helpful and respectful and made the car buying process so easy. He showed me cars that fit all of my criteria without trying to up my budget or sell me something I didn't want (like you often see with car dealers). They made sure the car was everything I wanted and in my price range. The manager even gave me 2 oil change coupons! My mom bought her car from Lake Shore Ford about 12 years ago and had an amazing experience as well. I'm sure we will return for future car-buying needs!
