Jim Fuchs was great to work with when ordering my F-150. He kept me updated throughout the entire process from the day I ordered the truck until it showed up on the lot. He is very knowledgeable and did a great job explaining all of the different options which helped me make the best decision for me as to what I wanted to order. I already have and will continue to refer my friends to him when they are purchasing a new vehicle.

I had a 2018 Titanium Edge which I loved for its comfort, smooth ride, trouble free mechanics, and looks but wanted to move up to the available driver assistance/safety features. The 2021 features those nicely. I have the Titanium again which I think is worth the extra cost. The cooled seats are better than vented A/C alone. The '21 has a 4 cylinder paired with an eight-speed transmission. That is good with a small gain in gas mileage but not as smooth as the '18 six-cylinder. My main complaint is the tablet-sized control touch-screen which has all the adjustments for interior climate. It can take two touches (or a touch and a slide) to make some adjustments and can draw one's attention off the road for too long if you're not careful. The missing knobs and buttons would be way better.

The service I had on my CMax was very good they were very through and returned my car back in pristine condition.

I love my car and recently purchased it from a dealership as a former rental. It handles well and has an extremely smooth ride, the moon roof provides extra light even when it is a cloudy day !!

I was welcome with a cheerful greeting. I waited for my car to get its 100900 checkup. They had a nice waiting room and when my car was done the service gentleman came to get me. He told me what they did and took me to the person I needed to pay for my car.

I like this car very much with one exception. The paint quality is not good. I’ve had to repair several chips in paint. Seems like you barely touch car and paint will chip. I have Star White which is a premium color. This shouldn’t happen. Touch up paint works great! Too badI have to use it!

My man Amos got me in and out, In under 2 hours. The Whole Kia team took care of me and my Wife. I recommend this place a million times to everyone in it to win it, with car shopping. Easiest process every me and my Wife been through. They have a client in us forever. I love my Kia.

Drives nice and roomy. But has the loudest engine rattle I have ever heard and dealer service dept says it’s normal. I’m ready to trade it it for something that’s not a ford. My 2012 edge was much quieter…I should have kept it. I bought the 2021 edge new November 2021

I have had minimal problems after my 5yr extended warranty paid for itself. The only downside of this vehicle is the avg 18mph and its navigation which changes the radio when I try to change it. Also it interimentiltly has issues with trying to put an address in it as well.

I recently purchased a 2023 Mach 1 from Northgate Ford, and I could not be happier with the experience. My salesperson was Ed Woodyard and had the car ready to go before I arrived. I was in and out in about 1 hour which to was great in my opinion. I would definitely purchase another car from Northgate Ford if I was in the market.

This is our second Ford Edge, this one being a 2017 Sport, and the last a 2011 Sport. We haven’t owned the 2017 but one month, but the miles driven so far remind us of the Great ownership experience of the 2011 which we owned for 11 trouble free years. I expect the same experience from this 2017 as well, due to the manner in which we maintain our vehicles.Although the Edge is a great vehicle, maintenance is key to a lasting vehicle ownership experience.

So far, I love my Edge - 3 weeks owned. It is roomy and has leather, heated seats and knows how to parallel park which I haven't used yet. It seems to get good gas milage and ready to take it on a trip up north this weekend. We carry with us our "stuff" and two cats and they will have plenty of room to lounge as we drive when we put the seats down in the back. It was a good buying experience at Royal Oak Ford as I had to have a vehicle after my Ford Escape was totaled in a hit and run accident, I need a dependable vehicle that had plenty of room to haul food for Blessings In A Backpack. It was a good fit!

I purchased my 2020 Ford Edge ST from Crossroads Nissan of Wake Forest. I just recently moved to the area and needed something bigger and wanted something AWD. I am just blown away from the customer service experience here. They were friendly, knowledgeable and understanding. 100/100

Ford Edge ST 2022. This car is very well designed and Ford has had the time to perfect the details since it was first introduced. It is a mid-size SUV with a very comfortable interior, ample legroom front and back, and large trunk space. The ST model (V6 twin-turbo) drives like a sports car; and it is so fun to drive. I cannot imagine why Ford is discontinuing its production. I hope to keep this one for at least five years. Not to mention reasonably priced in comparison to similar models; look up especially the horse-power when comparing.

I love it. I've had the 2011 Limited model and the 16 SEL previously and loved them enough to upgrade the same car. I especially love the new giant screen. This vehicle has always been dependable for me.

I bought my 2015 Ford Edge used, from a great Idaho dealership! I drive for a living, so it definitely needs to be reliable, and it has to have power to climb the 7% grade that's over 6 miles long, just to leave town. I think for the price the quality is exceptional! The comfort and safety I feel behind the wheel is great! I would expect no less from a Ford.. and it has kept me smiling!

In September I dropped off my 2016 Ford Edge, on a Monday, with electrical issues: would not start, no lights or horn. And then with no warning at all, everything would return. After 5 days, Kings Ford was still unable to determine what the problem was. I had also taken my car to Woody Sander Ford -- (the week before) they ran a diagnostic -- said everything looked ok. However, Ryan mentioned another customer with a similar issue. They sold him a new battery -- he went away, never to return. On Friday, I needed my car back. They still had no answer to my problem. And while the service manager did not agree, at my request, Ford changed out the battery. I am happy to report that a month after that request, I am still happy. No issues, no problems. BUY A CAR WITH FAITH BURTON! I recently bought a Honda CR-V and am so pleased with my purchase but it was my experience with Faith Burton that made all the difference! I was lucky to find a new 2021 Edge. It is quiet when driving, handles well and has a comfortable interior. It provides a large cargo area with rear seats folded. I also really like the 12 " touchscreen. Getting good gas mileage. I love everything about it so far. It's a great car.
