I started car shopping and reached out to several dealers to find a new family vehicle within our budget and with the features we wanted most. Normandin defintaly delivered! Chris was just fantastic and really convinced us to make the decision to travel 2 1/2 hours to this dealership to test drive the Chrysler Pacifica we ending up purchasing. He worked on giving me options on a couple vans at the price I was looking for. He was very responsive. I had been to several (and in contact with) several dealers, but with Normandin I genuinely felt valued and respected as a customer. That meant a lot to my wife and I. We brought our 10 month old son and all of the staff were very helpful getting the process done as quickly as possible. Thi was great as well and she went the extra mile to final the paperwork and looked for better interest rates on our loan options that would best fit our budget. Overall this dealership felt like they were there not to just make a quick buck, but to truly help customers find what they're looking for at very reasonable pricing. Always easy to do business with this group. My father and I have purchased vehicles from North Bay Ford over the past 25 years, and have always been satisfied with both purchases and service. It's a small dealership in a small town, but they do a great job. Highly recommended!
First off, I drove all the way here from San Francisco because I was lucky enough to initially be connected to Salesman Nick when I called one afternoon to check on the availability of a 2018 Kia Soul. He told me what he knew about the availability and told me he would call me back after checking on the specific vehicles options. Having had flaky car salesmen experiences in the past, I expected to not hear back. I was wrong! About 10 minutes later Nick called me back and provided me with all the information. He asked if I wanted to come in and I told him I would be in the next morning. He happily adjusted his schedule to meet me the next day. It was a complete pleasure working with Nick. He was happy to review all the bells and whistles of the car and it was clear he loved being able to sell Kia cars. On top of that, he was funny!
When it came to the price negotiations, I could have not wished for a better experience. Shout out to the Sales Manager Mark who was friendly, straight forward and fair.
The final chapter of the experience was the Finance Manager Servan who was really nice, low pressure finance guy. I am used to finance managers being pushy and trying to push all the "extras". Servan did not push at all! He reviewed the options, explained his opinions about the "extras" and did not push me with any guilt or fears (experienced all that at other dealerships).
I walked out with a brand new Kia Soul at a price that was fair and customer service that was exceptional. If you are in the market for a new car I highly suggest checking out Kia's and the friendly, fun service at Stevens Creek Kia.
I recently leased a new 2018 Kia Niro from this dealership and I can say the service I received from my test drive with Sunit (my apologies for probably misspelling than) to sales team of Mark and Amed. Sunit was very knowledgeable about the car and the options I was looking for, and Mark and Amed were very helpful in working with the budget I had in mind. While they asked me if I was interested in the more expensive Niro models, at no time was I pressured into going for the higher priced models that were out of my price range. Overall I had a very pleasant experience and Would recommend this dealership to a friend.
The experience of new rams trucks and Reza is the best! He showed me my opinions on rams trucks and have me test the rams... to me it's important for me to understand the rams engine and the feel... glad I have my real truck thx guys!
I went in to get my Service A completed for my GLC. The service advisor Don was great! My only complaint was the chat service. I made my appointment through the chat service and also requested a quote for the Service A. The chat representative quoted me $260 but when I asked the person over the counter, it was over $300. The representative at the register informed me the chat representative should not be quoting the fees for services as they are not an employee of the dealership. Hopefully, they get this taken care of soon because that can be misleading.

I have been to most of the Ford dealerships in the bay area. Hands down this is the best that I have been to. I came in because I could not pair my phone. A manager I have not seen before came out and took a look. He figured out it was my phone causing the concern. He updated my phone and rebooted my SYNC and problem solved. Outstanding customer service.
Kevin Glynn was a great help. He listened to me and what I was looking for. Walked me right over to a truck pointed out what I wanted and the extras the truck had. Test drove it and fell in love. It was a great experience and with the help of Jose Villa we took home a new truck. Thank you ford staff.
The sales consultants were great. Make sure you do your homework first, find out what discounts/offers Ford is offering. We ran into an issue where I was aware of the promos but the stores financing wasn't factoring them in until I asked why certain discounts were missing. Either they are not staying current on the Ford promos or they are pocketing the discounts, either way not in the buys favor. Second issue we had was QA of the 2017 Explorer we purchased. While not directly the dealers fault, it shows overall QA issue. Our 2017 Explorer has a broke wiper blade, shiftier broke before driving off the lot, the rear driver blinker color was white where all the others were yellow. Also found the upholstery clips on the front seats are undone.
Sales rep was very friendly and professional. Found the car I wanted and worked out a price that was the best out of multiple dealerships I shopped at.
