We really love our 2016 Ford Edge Titanium AWD. Good performance and fuel mileage. Only complaint is with the front seats. The bolsters are too high; car should be kitted to comfort, not Sport. Otherwise, it's a great car.

We want to sincerely thank everyone at Harlan Ford for their kindness and honesty with us when our truck broke down in Okmulgee on our way to Galveston . it was Sunday night and we parked our fifth wheel and pickup in their driveway overnight. First thing Monday morning Tracy helped us get right in and Stephen, the mechanic, fixed it in less than two hours. The cost was very reasonable. We were extremely pleased and thankful that we broke down close to them.

My husband and I had been searching for a specific minivan (Toyota SE, with DVD player and NOT white). Don Ringler had the PERFECT one, so perfect in fact that we drove an hour to get to this dealership in Temple (we live in Austin area). I communicated with Richard through several emails and text messages. He was very transparent with pricing and options which is usually not the case! They always want you to come in or run credit. Richard knew we did not live close by so he actually did all of the running around with extra pictures and talking to finance people for us. It was one of the least painful car buying experience to date! We were in and out in less than 2 hours. They actually stayed late just for us since we were driving from Austin. We got there at 6:30 and they are supposed to close at 7. We will definitely come back to Don Ringler, and specifically Richard Hill! They also gave me TOP dollar on the KBB scale for my trade-in, which was over what any other dealership we had went to (this was our 4th one) was willing to give. Needless to say, walked away with our new car, very happy! Big thank you to Kim, most finance people are not very sociable/friendly, but she was very nice, especially for staying late!

I am writing this review to encourage all to take their vehicles to Tomball Dodge, Chrysler, and Jeep. I know taking your vehicle to the 'dealer' is not an exciting experience (having to take your vehicle to any auto repair shop is never positive) due in major part to the stereotypes that are far too often supported by reality. Yet to my surprise, my experience from start to finish, the integrity in the customer service, and the respect given to me, all by Howard Hunt and Darryl Depasquale, will serve as a reminder to me that good people still exist. My van had not started in a month. It needed multiple rocker arms and four cams to be replaced. Here are the facts of my experience: o Howard Hunt, a Service Advisor, called me within one hour of my van arriving via tow truck. o On three separate occasions, Howard said he would call me back at a stated time. He always called me back precisely when he said he would. o He gave me his direct phone I could call/text. When I texted him, he replied back almost immediately. (It did take him roughly 10 minutes to reply to one text I sent him.) o When communicating, Howard was direct, sincere, and did not provide false hope. (That was actually very refreshing.) Albeit this was a costly repair, because he didn't give false hope, there were no surprises during the entirety of the repair process. o Howard went above and beyond to get the work done in the time I requested. At one point, I did not think it would be possible due to the weekend. Howard actually called me excited because he just so happened to ask his parts guy making a delivery if he had the four cams I needed and he did. o After nearly two weeks in the shop and on the day the repairs were complete, Howard Hunt called me to inform me the van's electrical system was causing issues and they were now exploring the problem. My heart sank. He called me back within 15 minutes with excitement and relief explaining to me the mechanic thought it best to unplug and reattach the electrical components to the TIPM system and it worked perfectly. No repairs needed and Howard passionately apologized for having alarmed my wife and I. (I suppose I am not used to having an auto repair shop overly communicate.) o I went to get the van right at closing on a Thursday. The bill was a little more than $300 dollars more than quoted. Howard Hunt had already left for the day. Darryl Depasquale (I didn't realize he was the Service Manager) approached me and said he was looking in to the discrepancy. A few minutes later, he pulled me aside to explain to me what happened. Somehow, an element of the original quote I approved did not tally in the total. Although they did the work and I approved the work, Darryl Depasquale owned the mistake saying it was clearly not my fault nor problem, but a mistake on their end and they would honor what they originally quoted. (That was so refreshing! This all happened past closing, lights off, and doors locked.) o The most defining moment came the next day when I received a call from Howard Hunt stating they had found a way to save me more money…(I am truly not joking.) Much to my surprise, Darryl Depasquale went beyond all expectations when he gave me back a portion of my bill. That was one of the most humbling experiences of my life. I wish there were words to describe the kindness, generosity, and sincere customer service I received directly from Howard Hunt and Darryl Depasquale. Much to my shame, I fail to remember the name of the cashier that stayed well after hours with her work completed to simply process my bill as well as another Service individual (I think Julie was her name) who worked alongside Darryl Depasquale to determine the difference in the bill and my original quote. I am now a proud, life-long customer of Tomball Dodge-Chrysler-Jeep and without question, I trust the people that work there. Howard Hunt and Darryl Depasquale have set the standard for customer relations and customer service.

Rod, Steven, Gene, Rich and team were absolutely amazing! Our RV with a dodge chassis broke down on the side of i80 and we had it towed there with the expectation we may have to wait days for repairs The team went above and beyond to stay after hours to get the RV fixed so we could get back on the road. Super helpful, informative, and amazing with our kids while we waited on the repair. At the end of the repairs a big storm blew in and they waited for the storm to pass before we could safely get on the road. Amazing customer service all around!

The look of the Ford Edge is awesome! The options are great but there are a lot of things that annoy me after owning it for a while. Some people may not care about these things as they are trivial. I have the Edge Limited AWD with the Sony radio. Dislikes: I hate that the fan speed is directly in front of the shifter, it makes it very difficult to reach. I understand you can set the speed through the touch screen or even the programmable dash, but even though it's in a bad spot by the shifter, still seems the easiest. I don't like where the door handles are at on the inside of the front doors. It makes it feel difficult to pull the doors close, and then when opening the doors, it's hard to control them (especially in the wind). I don't like that there is no storage space in front of the shifter and that it is below the shifter. I always walk off without things when I put them down there. It bugs me that the back window is so hard to clean. It gets dirty very easily and you can't get a squeegee all the way to the top of the window because the wing hangs down over it. The only way to clean your back window is going through the car wash or with a towel and glass cleaner. I don't like that you can barely fit your arm between the back seat and the roof. If you want to put anything at all in the back, you have to open the back hatch. I also don't like the middle seat having a headrest, it makes it more difficult to see out the rearview mirror. I absolutely HATE that if you keep the car running, it honks twice really loud when you close any door. I got out to go to the house to get my dog, honked twice when I closed the drivers door, then put my dog in the back seat, shut the door and honked again. It also honks when you shut the rear hatch if the fob is not in the vehicle. It's really really annoying! Pros: Very classy and luxury looking. Has plenty of power. Love the programmable dash. Love the vista roof and even though I've never sat in the back seat, I like that they recline. I really like the automatic rear hatch and the fob sensing door handles and keyless pushbutton start. I never have to take the fob out of my pocket. Overall when I look at my Edge, I really like the way it looks and it's comfortable for me. If you can get over the small things above, it's a great vehicle. Those don't affect the way it runs and drives, just annoyances, but I wouldn't buy this vehicle again.

Our desire was to look at multiple vehicles from multiple manufacturers without getting a lot of sales calls from multiple Dealerships. O???Daniel Ford & Salesman Scott Oser pleasantly obliged us with this request. Once we identified the best value for our money, we shared with Scott the model & options we desired. Within a day, his search of the region found a vehicle matching what we were looking for minus a 2nd seat console which he noted that the O???Daniel Body Shop could obtain/install with no problem. The vehicle was delivered late Saturday and by early Tuesday morning the console was installed, vehicle cleaned, gassed & available for us to review and test drive. The subsequent purchase process was simple as well. Scott & Mike had both reviewed allowable rebates & financing offers from Ford and offered their thoughts of what was the best option(s). Final pricing was well within the acceptable range given our past internet search & review. Hence within 15 minutes or less, all paperwork was completed and the 2018 Platinum Ford Explorer was ours. Of course this just outlines the typical process of buying a vehicle but the O'Daniel Dealership and Sales Personnel make things a lot more personable. When you walk in and your point of contact is busy, someone else will offer to assist until your desired contact is free. If you just want to roam around and look at their lineup, they are fine with that as well. Each employee takes a little time to get to know you, all while sharing a little about themselves and their pride in O'Daniel Ford. Sales Personnel are confident in their knowledge of the Ford Vehicles and take the time to share their expertise of the various styles/features available. They also have a keen knowledge of how things have fared in their Service Dept. and the support their Body Shop can offer. Upon delivery a one-on-one run thru of all the vehicles capabilities occurs all the way down to syncing a cell phone, setting the mirrors, seat and even radio stations if you want. Knowing that questions will arise, you are invited to come back in a week, two or whenever to ask questions and seek additional assistance. All in all their end desire is that you will purchase a vehicle from their Dealership because that is their business & what they do. The critical thing is how they do it. No constant phone calls, pitches or other tactics used by some other Dealerships or Internet contacts. In short the O???Daniel Ford Team listens, acts upon your guidance/desire and strives to make the experience to your liking supplemented as needed by their expertise. First off I think Ford hit the nail squarely on the head when they redesigned the second generation Edge. Styling is cutting edge and the interior is as well appointed as many SUV's costing several thousand more. It rides well and the comfort level goes well beyond other vehicles in its class. Marianna was so great to work with! I first met her about a month ago while I was waiting for an oil change (their service center is also great!) and wanted to ask questions regarding the upcoming end of my current lease. We talked about what I wanted in my next vehicle but I wasn???t ready to turn in my old Escape yet. I test drove an EchoSport but didn???t like it was well as the Escape. Since the 2019 Escape was coming out soon I decided to wait. As soon as the new Escapes arrived last week she contacted me to let me know. She already had one picked out for me that had everything I was looking for. Marianna did a great job of going over all the features with me and answering every question I had. I never felt intimidated or pushed to sign a lease I wasn???t comfortable with. It was truly a great experience and I love my new Escape!

The legroom in both front and back is remarkable. I do wish the seats were a little wider and deeper for the driver but that's a very minor issue. I especially like the quiet ride and the fast pickup from the engine.
