I have been a customer of Bill Cram Chevrolet since 1994. I have bought cars, leased cars, had them serviced there and had damage repaired in their body shop. It is the only dealership I will do business with. No matter which department you are dealing with the employees are friendly, courteous and efficient. My recent business was turning in my lease car early and taking out a new lease. The salesman, Chip, and the sales manager, Tim, were a pleasure to work with. This is the best dealership I have ever done business with.
Ryan is the best car sales person I know. He really cares about his customers. Couldn't do enough for me. I would recommend his car dealership to everyone. Best thing is if you go to his website and find a car you are really interested in he will bring it to you to see. You don't have to drive to Jordan, NY. He gives the best deals ever and if something is now right he will get it fixed. I love my truck and I couldn't ask for better service . Ryan is GREAT!!!!!!!!! Dave you did a great job too! Samantha was fantastic throughout the whole process. The environment was one of the best I’ve come across in my car buying process, everyone in the office made you feel welcome and they were very friendly. Even after my purchase the communication was fantastic and I still felt like a priority!
They treated me very well and gave me good advice. All of my repairs have been covered thanks to their recommended coverage plan. They always give me a loaner so I never have to go without or depend on others.
We purchased a 2009 Wrangler. Todd was our salesman, and we found out later also the owner. I can't say enough good things about the experience we had with Todd and his service team. We had a few issues with the wrangler, one a huge repair, but Todd bent over backwards to resolve the issue, to include giving us a loaner car right off the lot to use while our wrangler was in the shop. We love our "new" ride and will and have recommended Todd and his team. If you are looking to be treated fairly in price and above and beyond in service and support, things that are almost unheard of at a dealership, you absolutely must go to Heritage. you will not be disappointed.

When it came to our trade in the worked with us and we worked out a reasonable compromise, and they were forthcoming with the explanation of how they came to their figure. It was a nice change. I have purchased many vehicles in my lifetime and found this dealership easy to deal with--no high pressure, no back and forth to the sales manager to negotiate the price--Sales person Christopher Curran provided efficient and friendly service. Any questions I had were answered. I purchased a tri-fold tonneau cover, running boards and bedliner for my new 2016 truck. There were no delays and truck was ready when promised. Went for a 30 minute oil change. The person who checked the car in gave me a tan ticket and said I was all set. I walked through the door and looked left and right and the girl behind the counter said the waiting room is to the right. I go and get comfortable and an hour goes by and I’m thinking it’s unusual for an oil change to take this long. After 1 1/2 hours I go to the desk and ask why it’s taking so long and the young man tells me my car is not in the computer. He told me I was supposed to check in at the desk. Well, the person who checked my car in did not tell me that. He told me I was all set!!! I was very upset. The young man behind the counter was so patient as I was not. He wanted to reschedule and I couldn’t as I was leaving the country on Monday. His next solution was to give me a rental so I could do my errands and they would get to my car after the tech got back from lunch LOL. I was ok with that. So 2 hours after arriving,I had a car, not mine, and set off to do my errands. It was about 1 1/2 hours after that when I got called my car was ready. While the screw up was up front, the service I received after the error was discovered was top notch. The young man taking care of the situation was as calm as a cucumber and I was not. He was awesome and should be congratulated for making a messed up situation work. This was the first messed up appointment I’ve every had at a Subaru dealer so overall you do do a great job!
