My son purchased his first car today! Cody and Alex were great, they really made the buying process an awesome experience. If you see a car you like you need to move fast because they price their vehicle very well and it won't last long. Also, the fact that the vehicle comes with a limited warranty (most used cars don't) helped ease my mind in knowing I'm putting my son in a reliable car! Thanks guys, keep up the great work!
Not bad for the money

It is a good size to haul some stuff or a few passengers Not too bad on gas either, so good for commuter vehicle also. Handles well in the snow, of course I have the AWD model.
I called Ryan on a Saturday morning about a particular car I saw online. He said he would pull it up front for me to come drive. Upon arrival, the car was there as promised. I drove it and some other cars in the same price point or a bit cheaper. I ultimately decided on the first car. They had done their inspection and replaced a number of things. It was a 2009 Toyota Camry with about 44,000 miles on it. They had replaced all four tires with brand new ones. I definitely feel like I got a very good car and I appreciated the way they conducted their business.
Bobby and the guys down at twin city are the best ,if u need a car or a truck u need to go there.Bobby really help us to get our Nissan,we really appreciate him.thanks again.
Great first car for new drivers

This vehicle has been amazing to my family for the past 7 years. it currently has 136,000 miles on it and has only needed new tires and new brake line (cause I hit the brakes hard once to avoid collision) but overall it has been a wonderful car. I use it to get to school and other longer distances a lot. the only complaint I have with the car is the power. I currently have the 4 cylinder model which is alright except having to pass on the freeway makes my mileage tank. if you are looking to buy this car I would opt for the v6 model for better mileage and power.
Dropped of my vehicle for service and a particular suv caught my attention very friendly sales people with a no pressure approach highly recommend saures and there staff i woiluld buy another vehicle in the near future from them again
Ford needs to recall or be sued with class action

Everyone knows by now that this vehicle has a defect with the rear wheel well rusting out. Ford refuses to take responsibility and do a recall. I still owe on this vehicle and just put money into other repairs only to find out this defect is not even considered repairable by the dealership. Shame on you Ford, if you do not fix this (recall) for us owners I will never buy another Ford ever again.
My husband and I bought an SUV from Car King and we were extremely happy with the service we recieved. We worked with Brian during the process and he was fantastic to work with. He was very knowledgeable and patient throughout the whole process and he took away all of our worries! We would recommend any of our friends and family to choose Car King!
Our 2015 Explorer stared exhibiting electrical system issues and then wouldn't start. Don Wood Ford scheduled us immediately and diagnosed the problem as a bad battery instead of something more serious (and expensive). So, we'll just add this to the list of positive experiences. It gives us great piece of mind to know that they're there for us in emergencies as well as routine maintenance!

I bought mine used with about 90,000 miles on it. It looked and drove like a new car. In 7 years I put another 170,000 miles on it. It has performed flawlessly. The All Wheel Drive got me through several snow storms with no problem. Other than oil changes and changing the tires, all I have ever had to do was once replace a brake line (less than $200) and once replaced the alternator (about $600) ...Not bad for a car that is 14 years old and has about 260,000 miles on it. It still looks and runs great....and EVERYTHING on it works!
This is not an "image car" to impress your neighbors...but for UTILITY and BANG for your BUCK...it would be hard beat.
This is the third car we bought here. Everything through the process is always easy and fast. The customer service during and after getting the car is just awesome. The personal attention we receive from all the staff is just great. We would definitely recommend this dealer.
Poor engineering on right rear wheel area.

Between 100-150 thousand miles you can expect the wheel well to rust out and the rear shock to come up through the passenger side resulting in possible injury to passenger. Ford had a recall on this for2001-2004, but failed to extend the problem to cover 2005 design. Cost to owner to correct this $2300-5000. Shame on Ford!
The people that work here are very accommodating. They are friendly and patient. I moved here from Northern Virginia about two years ago and did not know where to get my car serviced. I broke down and took it to the dealer's service department. I am so happy that I did. I will go no where else. I have two Ford Expeditions and will buy any future vehicles from this dealership. They are fast to get you in for service, fast to get you out, but most of all... they are honest!

I purchased a Toyota Highlander.
The Sales Dept did an excellent job. Took their time explaining features and warranty info . Very happy with the knowledge of the vehicle and financing.
I also had an excellent experience with the service department on my follow up visit .
These guys right here are the most stellar group of individuals I've ever met. We got stranded out in Jackson hole with a broken front differential, way off the beaten trail. I called Jackson Hole Ford and got in contact with Fred Vatter, the service director at JH Ford. Fred had no reason to help us in our circumstances, yet he decided to call a tow truck for us, help us find a place to stay for the night within walking distance of the shop, and do a diagnosis on our truck free of charge. I've never met people who are so kind-hearted, and willing to help someone who is in a bind. Believe it or not, Jackson Hold Ford restored my faith in humanity - you'd be a fool not to buy a truck from them or get your car serviced by them.
Thank you for your amazing customer service, JH Ford!
Great experience to deal. Definetely to share it among my friends. The distant dealership provide much greater deals and some nagotiation flaxabilities. Me & my wife fully satisfied driving a used car which is so spacious for traveling. Thanks to all.

Comfortable and holds its value. Love having heated seats and a sunroof! Fog lights are a plus too. Safe and reliable car. Best ford I’ve ever owned
My experience with purchasing a used vehicle was the best. They were very cordial, friendly and professional. I would recommend this dealership to everyone. They have a great inventory of vehicles to choice from.
Lemon. ECU Failure. Burned up.$$$$$$ to repair.

The car first had a problem just under 36,000 and was covered by warranty. Everything started to fail. Lights, steering. I drifted into dealer. Then around 70,000 total failure again. Had fire underneath. True hazard. We couldn’t even locate an available part due to others having the same issue. A hole burnt through the middle of the ECU. We had to pay $3000 to get it fixed. Nightmare. Dealer refused to help cover it even though it was a factory issue.
LT Pegs made it Super easy and hassle free. Your sales team is great and friendly. I would recommend to anyone buying a car
I LOVED THIS CAR

I put more than 100K miles on this car (it had 162K when I finally traded it in) and LOVED EVERYTHING about it! It was relatively reliable considering the age and mileage. It was only a FWD car, and got me through several years in the NC mountains. It was the car I received when I turned 16, and kept it for 10 years!
