I love my ride. Its very good on gas,super reliable and unbelievably comfortable. Its the best ride u will ever own. If u ever need repairs, it is also super cheap to fix.
I bought my car from those guys after I was looking everywhere for a decent car for looks and money wise for my son. One day I was driving through and stopped by st Mary auto sales and I loved few cars the next day I came back with my son he loved a Honda whit. The team was really helpful with the negotiations and checking the car before I take it they even gave my son to change the oil the next oil due when he mentioned he is worry about the oil changing deal :) I loved working with them.

The passenger side back shock absorber rusted out, which was sheet metal. The upper shock absorber then fell against the tire and while on a rock road, I went off the road. With the the then 11 year old Escape and 11?,??? Miles the $32,000 Escape was scrap as the Ford dealership wanted $6000 -$8000 to repair the sheet metal wheel wall. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANOTHER FORD PRODUCT AND CAUTION OTHERS THAT HAVE FORD ESCAPES THAT THEY ARE DANGEROUS.
This is my 2nd brand new car, and we bought this used in 2009 (only have 13,000 mileage then). Very reliable, good on gas, and will last if you take care of it. We only have minor issue on the sun visor and tail lights fogging, but it's fixed now. Everything else running great since we highly maintain it. Now, this escape have almost 79,000 mileage and running and looking great as when we bought it 9 years ago.
I had a fantastic experience with dotcom auto. Payam is a down to earth guy that isn't in it to make a dollar. They cared for my truck and followed up and even went the extra mile in my opinon. I would defiantly recommend this dealership to anyone and I'm already pitching dotcom auto to my friends.

Bad transmission, Pcm,fuel problems and injector

This ford has cost me so much money for repairs and I'm still a foot because of piston, injector, writing, pcm,transmission replaces and paint is coming off the top. Regret buying this ford. Going back to Chevy automobiles .I've got 10,000.00 over purchase price and fords been out 0.00 to repair..
I went with my older aunt and her husband (75 & 76) to lease a new car in West Kendall Toyota, delivering her old car as an exchange. We really were surprised by the care, expertise and diligence showed by Roberto Flexas, the sales representative, and Julian Bertel, the Finance Manager who closed the deal. We were aspiring to a certain price range with the most basic of cars an, thinking of a Toyota Corolla or a Camry if possible. Roberto Flexas did he's best efforts and among the whole inventory of 38 Toyota Camry's he found the only one who was almost a perfect match for our desires. They valued the car we were delivering at a just price and the final numbers were discussed by Julian Bertel to give us the final results that we gladly accepted because there were better that what we envisioned in the first place. We came out of the Dealer with a new car with a new plate, already paid in advance, with complimentary rugs we solicited and the best of attention. My husband and I came in looking for a used car, with a 2009 Dodge Grand Caravan for a trade. Hector was able to work with the finance department and get us into a 2019 Kia Soul. The process was easy and Hector explained everything in detail. We ended up with a higher payment than we expected, but the perks of buying brand new made the extra cost so worth it!

I looked at close to 400 trucks on line at 4 different sites. Auto House had the most reasonably priced truck in my price range. It was very clean and in much better shape than the others I looked at. The owner and all the staff were very nice and a pleasure to deal with. I did have a problem with a service engine light. They fixed the problem in a timely fashion. I will be back when I need another car or truck.
Haven't owned this car very long yet, but I've loved it so far. There is a problem you should be aware of; this generation of Escapes has a common problem with the alarm going off randomly. From what I've read it's usually due to a faulty latch either in a door, the tailgate, or hood sending a signal that one of them is ajar.
That said the reliability ratings were really good, prices on used models are very reasonable, it's got some great features and is comfortable and fun to drive.

I rolled up at about 6pm with not even half a year of credit history, $600 and major anxiety. Dave, Anthony and even Joe did an amazing job helping me. They didn’t run me in circles, answered every question I had multiple times and genuinely seemed to care that I get a car. Dave helped ease my anxiety and didn’t try and push me into an expensive car, and made sure not to get my hopes up for a car I didn’t have a chance with. Anthony answered yes or no for chances with a list of cars even tho he was probably busy. And Joe gave sideline moral support that made me feel like we were all buddies. 10/10 would sell soul to them they were so charming

I purchase it with 109,000 miles 2 years ago. No problems. Car now has 135,000 and it will need a clutch soon. P.S. model XLS, manual 4 speed. Clutches last over 100,000 miles. everything still works fine, no rust. Very quiet interior noise while driving. good car,

My wife and I recently purchased a Suburban from Hatchco. We were looking for a Suburban for sometime. We had been to the big guys. We went to the not so friendly guys, we went to a lot of places.
The problems with the big guys are; large fancy buildings that they have to flip the bill for. Who flips the bill? The customers. My least favorite answer when buying a vehicle at any dealer is the dreaded
LET ME ASK MY MANAGER.
I don't know what goes on when they ask the manager, but I bet it looks like a scene from a comedy. The manager daring them to see how long they can keep you there, and betting on how long you have until you break.

At the other dealers I would have to sit and dicker back and forth to get them to offer me insult after insult for a trade value.

Top heavy, will not corner, wheelbase is too narrow, highway speed transmission downshifts lurch. Constant repairs with 113,000 miles. Replaced - rear door switch to stop the alarm from going off, driver power window motor, front traction rods, now has interior exhaust fumes when defrost fan is on.
I want to publicly thank Raad and his staff for an amazing, top notch, and hassle free car buying experience! My wife and I were shopping for a Honda Odyssey Touring, because we needed a vehicle with more room and comfort, and we literally drove by and saw that he had one on the lot and pulled in. Immediately, my family was greeted with a very friendly welcome and we knew that this just might be our last stop. When we met Raad and he found out that we were a military family, he stopped everything that he was doing and he personally showed us around the Odyssey, evaluated our trade (2016 Mitsubishi Outlander SEL), and he offered us an unbelievable deal on our trade and on the Odyssey. We were already financed by USAA and within a short couple hours we were on our way home in a very clean and superb vehicle.
