I haven't bought a vehicle in many years and, frankly, I dreaded the process. I walked into the dealership a bit distrustful and concerned I might be taken advantage of. I met Anthony and was immediately at ease. He was personable, knowledgeable, patient and transparent about pricing. He thoroughly answered all of my questions and I never felt pressured to make a decision. I purchased a beautiful Jeep Wrangler and I couldn't be happier! I enthusiastically recommend Anthony to anyone shopping for a vehicle.
I went in on a Saturday and I am big college football fan so Nick Burns set me up right in front of one of the big screen TVs. It was towards the end of the noon games and Nick Burns grabbed the remote and put on the game I requested immediately. While Nick Burns was pricing out two trucks that best matched what I was looking for, other salesman would stop by and ask how I was doing and would strike up a quick conversation about college football. I felt like not only Nick Burns was looking out for my best interest but all the other salesman would check on me to make sure I was comfortable which made for a great experience. Nick Burns brought over two trucks and we were able to get a deal done on a great F150 that I really enjoy driving. I could not have asked for a better experience, didn't miss a play of college football, and was able to get the deal and truck that I wanted. Greatly appreciate Nick Burns as he went way above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. He was completely upfront and honest with me about what he could do and he delivered on his word. Highly recommend going to Nick Burns and I have already brought him up several times to family, friends, and co-workers that if they want to get a vehicle, they HAVE to go to Nick Burns and Suburban Ford of Ferndale! I found Certified Motos thru Carfax. I was looking for a van for my niece. My sister wanted to look at other dealers first. We drove from Fenton, to Port Huron. The dealers all lied about the condition of the vans we looked at. I had told my sister to call Ray at Certified Motors...she did not. I called Ray after striking out at top name dealers. It was late Saturday but Ray said he would wait for us to get there. My sister was blown away when she looked at the 2007 Uplander. The interior was like new, The exterior was like new. We took it for a ride and she bought it. The deal was sealed with a hand shake. We picked up the 2007 Uplander Monday.

Bought a 2013 Ford Mystang convertible in an afternoon. Car was priced well - did my research prior to visit Roy is a great salesman - no pressure We got financing through Credit Union One - 72 months - 2.75% interest Wished he disclosed that the convertible boot was missing - pretty costly to replace Had to ask for second OEM key which they are replacing Threw in some touch up paint

We???ve purchased several vehicles from Sellers and have had such positive experiences each and every time. Currently our Sales Rep is Andrea Milligan, believe me when I say she is the best! We also service our vehicles there as we know and trust that they are honest, professional and very reasonable with their pricing. They will bend over backwards to make sure no customer leaves unsatisfied.
I was very upset when I submitted my last post earlier today and I should have taken my issues to a manager. I called back and talked to Joe who is the used car manager. Bill Brown really stepped up and went out of there way to make me happy and I am very grateful. I was picked up by dealership, given a loaner car and was assured they would be retrieving my broken down vehicle! I would definitely take my business back here and recommend it to anyone else. Thanks guys! Great way to handle this situation! If this should happen to anyone again I hope they can expect the same from you.

I found a 2016 F-150 at this dealership here on cars.com for an incredible deal! Called them up and talked with Omar. Guy was super nice and was very upfront with the trucks history and was very impressionable. If I am ever in need of another car I’m definitely going back!
I took my Ford Escape to the service department for an oil change. The only problem was the chaos in the parking lot. There is a lot of remodeling and confusion. I had to wait in my vehicle for thirty minutes or so.
I have received three e-mails, a phone call and a letter thanking me for using your service. Why are you sending so many e-mails and other correspondence to thank me for using the Ford service? It is annoying.
Shopping for a car for my teenage daughter had been difficult, but Marsh Auto Sales made it easy. They have 4 or 5 cars in my price range, with good looking vehicles for the price. I sent them an inquiry, and within 30 minutes received a reply to reach out to them with any additional questions. When I arrived, they not only had the cars I saw on Cars.com, but others, and I bought a car that evening. They fixed a couple of issues with the car (put a new light bulb in the headlight, and fixed a sticky door handle), and I picked it up the next morning. The best part was there were not a lot of additional costs. They only charge a paper work fee, but not a delivery fee and a cleaning detail fee, and they didn't charge extra give a printout of the carfax and fix the items I asked to have fixed. Great Experience!
Sal makes the buying process painless. He is very attentive to your needs, but won't promise you something just because that's what you want to hear. What I really liked, though, is only having to meet with Sal. I didn't have to meet all of his managers and repeat everything to them what I had just explained to Sal. I buy from Sal because he is trustworthy and sincere. I also didn't have to pay a doc fee. Apparently dealers have the option whether or not to pass this fee on to their customers. After doing some research, some dealers in the area even charge the maximum that the state of Michigan allows. That just sounds greedy to me. Thank you Sal and Russ Milne for providing an experience that puts the customer first.
