I just finalized the purchase of a used 2016 BMW 535i and the transaction when very smoothly. Mariette was wonderful to work with and very easy going. My father and I stopped in to test drive the car and afterwards she offered to have me take the car for the rest of the afternoon to get a better feel for it as well as for a separate pre-purchase inspection. They were very fair during negotiations. She went the extra mile by removing a coffee stain on the seatbelt I had noticed, with a household cleaner she brought from home. I really liked how she made the transaction painless and not stressful at all. I would highly recommend working with her!
I came to look a new car. David was very friendly, honest and helpful. He took his time to explained to me all the procedures from buying my car to finance my car, and he went through the features on new vehicle with me. I don't feel very comfortable when go to the dealership, but David proved to me otherwise. Limped my F150 into the dealer with a check engine light and wrench warning light on. Was met by courteous staff. I was warned that due to the upcoming Thanksgiving holiday and the service department being closed that it might be Friday before they could look at it. However, an employee stayed late that night, diagnosed the problem and repaired it late that night. So, it was ready to go the first thing Friday morning. Repair was correct and away I went much earlier than expected. Mr. Martinez was attentive and professional.
Went to look for a specific vehicle. It was at body shop for ding repair. Mike offered other alternatives until it arrived. Once “the car” arrived my son took one look and was SOLD!
Drove great, mechanic said super clean engine, more than fair price. Mike went above and beyond to make sure it was ready to go for me.

Usually, when you have a bad outcome, people bash the service provider, but not in this case. I wasn't able to get approved without a down payment for a car. But I would like to take out the time and Thank Marcus England from the upmost, for the outstanding customer service, he has been giving me for the past 2 weeks. If you ever need a car, with challenging credit, please contact CarMax Fort worth. Marcus and the fantastic Finance team tried very hard to get me approved. I didn't get a car but the Customer Service shows that CarMax out value in there employees.

Kevin Taylor did excellent sales work with us, his efforts to give us the best car buying experience were very appreciated! After the sale, I had a question about something and could not get through to anyone at the dealership on multiple occasions. Kevin's extension didn't work, the sales department didn't answer their extension on no less that six occasions, and the automated voice prompts to reach the operator were met with a never ending looped recording of "that is not a valid extension". I finally got through to someone in Service who routed me to Finance, where Albert was extremely helpful. Your people are great, but your phone system was seriously broken from September 12-21, 2018.

To follow and verify what they were doing. They made sure I got a car I wanted at a price that was beyond fair for me.
