Went to Ciocca knowing we wanted a new Forester. Milton Obando saw that we got the Forester we wanted at the price we wanted to pay. They did not have the car in the color we wanted on the lot, but he reserved one from their incoming inventory. When it did come in he even sent me pictures. He also gave us a tour of the facility so we'd be familiar with the service dept, etc. Also thanks to Drew in the financial department as he customized an extended coverage package for us and Gigi who did the 2 week post purchase review. I would definitely recommend Ciocca and Milton.
We decided on the Atlas about two weeks ago. As we were pricing and test driving all the different models, we really wanted the SEL. However, that style was slightly more expensive than we planned. We are from Bucks County, and we were looking at all the area VW dealerships. We needed the price to be a little lower, and that is where the Ciocca internet team, Tina Collins, responded to an email inquiry about the Atlas, and gave us a price that no Area dealer was willing to match. So we confirmed everything with Ciocca and put a deposit down over the phone! (Which made us really nervous). When we finally arrived in Allentown the staff greeted us and made our transaction extremely pleasant. We really appreciated how they were willing to answer all of our questions and stayed with us way past their closing time to finalize our deal. We never felt rushed, and the staff so helpful. We look forward to continuing our relationship with the Ciocca dealership and cannot thank them enough for putting our family in this great vehicle.

Great place to buy a vehicle. I worked with mike he was a great person To deal with . He took me on a great road test answering all my questions about the jeep we were driving. The hole staff went the extra mile to make the experience a great time when buying the jeep I got!!!
Last year I had bought a 2006 Chrysler Pacifica, with relatively low mileage,, my buying experience with Kevin at ANR auto sales is more than adequate. I had just taking it last week to Kevin's repair shop for inspection,,,, it passed except for a little part of frame,, size of 2 quaters side by side was almost rotted through,, they welded plates that sre stronger than factory.... i will continue to go back to K&R for any future auto purchases !!! I'll give him a 100% satisfactory ,and a customer for a long time to come
I came to the dealership looking for a new company truck. With a few options my initial message didn???t materialize into anything. They took the time to search and bring to the table, what I I can only explain as being the ideal vehicle. Being a company purchases that had some minor requirements were handled seamlessly. My wife and I made the ninety minute drive to Hershey Motors to check out a Toyota 4Runner that I had found on cars.com. We were greeted at the door by our salesman, Ryan Forbes and he quickly got us out on a test drive. We were encouraged to take our time going over the vehicle once we returned to the dealership while Ryan took care of getting our trade in appraised. We were able to get the price we wanted for our trade in and the Toyota within a few minutes so we shook hands and made the deal. All the employees we encountered were professional and we actually enjoyed our buying experience! I would definitely recommend this dealer to anyone interested in a vehicle on their lot.
I got my 2007 Lincoln MKX with the stress of no money down and a trading I needed a truck ASAP with not the perfect credit Sean was honest and friendly and helpful I told him what I had what I wanted and did my credit check fast and got me approved when no one else could I I had to do when I got there was a test drive and sign papers it was fast and easy I was so happy with how everything went I will definitely recommend my friends and family to go see Sean!
Easy and helpful are the two best words to describe my buying experience. Staff was extremely helpful in allowing me to test drive and check out the BMW X5 that I purchased from this dealership. Needed extra time to show car to family and looked at. They allowed me to take car for 3 hours to get checked and to show family. Low pressure sales attitude and worked with me to get the car out the door for my budget. Buying the vehicle took less than 30 minutes and I was on my way with my purchase. Adam was knowledgeable of the buying process and willing to help any way he could.

Saw a car here on cars.com and visited Brubaker's, and I have to say, the five star rating they have is well deserved. Wilmer Brubaker showed me around, gave me all the info I needed about the car I was interested in, didn't once seem like he was just trying to sell me a car - he wanted to be sure I had the right car for me. This was the first time I've bought a car myself, and I'd been to several dealers where the salesmen kept trying to point me towards the most expensive car, it was so frustrating. Not at Brubaker's. Everyone was friendly and helpful, and the whole process of getting the car was smooth and easy. I can't recommend them enough!
I am an international student and I leased a car from Bennett. Two important things I want to share about them:
1) First, I had an offer from another dealership and I call them and I asked them as my local dealership to match the price. Not only did they match the stated price in my quote first but they also gave me couple of dollars more discount.
2) The process of being accepted by Bank and Toyota based on my university documents was really smooth and the sales and finance people were optimistic and smiling all the time.
Specifically, I recommend Product Specialist, Richard Berkheimer who was my contact there. He is totally honest and knows what he is doing.
