Matt Wilson was the internet manager who helped me with my pricing excellent guy to work with really looks out for you superb customer service Dave forres was just as equally helpful going over the car and helping me with paperwork and everything else this company I would highly recommend it made me turn into a Ford believer once again I would go to Bob Thomas Ford every time highly recommend them for a car
I bought a 2016 Ford F-150 from Jim Schmitz back in early July. I recently had the brakes replaced with new rotors and had to work done by my mechanic in the town that I live in. I contacted Jim Schmidt about this problem and they have taken care of over half of the bill or paying for the parts and they realized it was a mistake on their part work should have been done originally and they made it right with me I am writing this review into cancel out the other two because they came forward and made it right with the customer( myself).
Everyone I dealt with on this lot was very helpful. I fully appreciated the effort Ron put in to find me the car I wanted. Nick, in sales, was also very helpful and made the hand off of the car a very pleasant experience. Joe, who worked with us in financing the car, made a normally tedious experience a pleasure. We will be back when it is time to get another car.
I recently had an accident where my truck was totaled and I was looking at used trucks on car fax. Jason Barnes was great to work with through the entire process. He emailed me and I told him I wanted to test drive a truck I found online. He was very patient and was willing to help any way he could. I actually test drove two trucks and bought the second one.
Jason is a super nice guy and he answered all my questions. I’m not sure who was more excited me or Jason! I will recommend Jason and Bart’s Car Store to anyone who is looking for a truck! Everyone that helped along the way to getting me in my new F150 I thank you very much!!
I made an appointment, confirmed the appointment when I arrived on time it was the guys day off. So they passed me to someone I had not been discussing my wants with. I explained I had $32,000 to work with. They could have said "we cant help you" And it would have been no hard feelings and I would have been on my way. instead the kept me for 30mins. then came back with 34,500 and said they were loosing money on that. So I got up and left. First off they arent going to sell you a truck at a loss. Otherwise they wouldnt have a job. Secondly there is the sticker price, then the invoice price then the dealer cost. When they say they are selling you something at invoice they are still making $2-3,000 profit due to the dealer holdback and dealer incentive monies. I dont do games, I know what I want I know what I have to spend and I tell them so. either they can deal with that or they cant. I didnt appreciate their games.
Just bought a used Ford F-250. Very, very smooth transition. I’m not used to this kind ohhf car dealership. They don’t push you into your decision and I appreciate that! 2/12 hour drive from Lafayette Indiana well worth it! I’ll definitely be doing Business with them again for my next vehicle purchase! I stopped in to JUST look but when Brian took such good care of all of my needs and made the car buying experience so easy, I ended up leaving with a new car. Brian along with his team met every need that I threw at them. From no down payment ment, the payment I could afford and the type of vehicle that I needed. Preferred is A1 with me. I was looking for a used vehicle to transport myself and dog in comfort for a monthly drive of about 300 miles each way. I found a perfect 2009 Ford Escape (the 2009 Escape still had a high roof, all amenities, front wheel drive only, low mileage, a popular and dependable 4 cylinder and great seat comfort & support). The sales staff was friendly and very knowledgeable about the vehicle. Their sales application was only 1 page and with a 25% down payment (not mandatory) and my decent credit, financing and the whole purchase experience was easy and fast. They also knew the history of the vehicle since it was originally purchased there which was also very helpful. They also knocked off several hundred dollars and the vehicle had new tires, wipers, battery, etc. and was very clean. After the purchase, there was no second guessing. I was happy about the vehicle and am confident it will serve our family for years.
Everything went well with the purchase of my 2017 Expedition EL. We took delivery the day after our visit because they were to have fixed the back-up camera. The back-up camera was faulty with the image being distorted and was identified during test drive with agreement to have it fixed. Upon delivery, on the same day, the camera again failed and has continued to not be functional (this is day 2). I'm not to worried because they said they would make sure it was fixed so I will write a follow up to this to let you know how it turns out.
That said I feel based on my initial experience they will be true to their word. Look for a review once it does or doesn't get repaired. I do want to say I dealt with AJ (sales) and he was great to work with, always following up and keeping me up to date over a lengthy period. At this time I would recommend him as a great representative of the dealership being knowledgeable and easy to work with.
Dan & Johnny couldn't have been more helpful. Dan Hall was in constant contact with me and kept me updated all along the way. I had prior credit issues & most salesmen don't work as hard as he did when they come across clients with problem credit! That wasn't the case with Dan Hall at all. He went above and beyond for several days until I had to call off an Awesome Deal he had worked out for me because an emergency came up which I had to put my downpayment towards. That wasn't Dan's or the Dealership's fault it was my personal issue. Ben Davis Auto Group and Dan Hall greatly Deserve this review because of ALL the Very Hard Work they put into my deal I should have been able to make happen! I will return there when I have that downpayment again!

As a Purdue student years ago, I recall admiring the many vehicles on the Southwest Auto lot as I drove down HW24; but it wasn't until now that I finally made it into their parking lot for a vehicle.
We enjoyed our experience with the helpful staff at Southwest Auto Sales. We worked with Vince, but all of the employees were courteous and kind. They worked with us on the price and we were pleased with our purchase experience. Vince was responsive and helpful along the way. Southwest was very flexible with letting us go on a somewhat longer than normal test drive to make it easier on my wife and two young sons. We hope the Southwest Auto team is able to help us when the need would come for another vehicle.
