This is our second BMW that we have purchased from Rod at BMW of Denver. I wouldn't go to anyone else. I trust him implicitly and he got us AN UNBELIEVABLE DEAL on my new car! From start to finish, the entire process was PERFECT. Thank you to Rod for always taking such excellent care of us! A special thank you to Craig, the Sales Manager, Edward, the head of the place, Ryan, the 6 ft 7 inch finance guy that was a joy to deal with and lastly, really EXCEPTIONAL customer service from Laurel that showed me all the intricate functions of the new car. Thank you to all of these wonderful people and we will only come back to Rod and company for future BMW purchases.
Kyle Vavra is an excellent Service Consultant! He communicated the conditions of my car, and clearly spoke of, and even showed me the parts needed, as well as discussed labor required to make repairs. He prioritized the repairs so I could work within my budget to get them done.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
Their is no other company like this on the face of the planet. I'm dipping hard in 2016 Yukon. More than anything I appreciate the team there. They are great, funny and easy to deal with. All that crap channel 7 is saying are lies. I stand 100 with sharpest rides.!!!!!
The service department was sketchy at best here for a long time. I do have to state my last visit was much better. I arrived for my scheduled appointment and was horrified at the line of cars as historically they were very slow in getting to and returning my vehicle in a timely manner. This visit it was done early. They also did almost all of what I asked which is much better than usual. Historically they would tell me they rotated and adjusted tire pressure when in fact they did not check tire pressure. When I questioned why the gauges said it was off they said it was the gauge. I double checked when I got home and sure enough they hadn't done the work. This time they didn't replace a break light I had asked to have done but did get all the other items done and done well. Big step in the right direction! Thanks to whoever is now running service as the changes for the better are definitely noticeable!
Bought a used GMC Yukon from SAG and unfortunately have had to deal with the hassle of bringing the vehicle into the SAG service shop more times than I anticipated for a vehicle I have owned for only a little over a month. But Service Mgr Mike Ardolino has consistently provided me with outstanding customer service and repairs at very reasonable prices even after my 30 day dealership warranty ended. I can say I will always take my vehicles to Mike for any and all auto service needs in the future. Thanks Mike!
We did a lot of research and new what we were looking for. The associate (Dan) made us feel that he was buying the car with us, making sure we were comfortable with our decision and no pressure. My one gripe overall is that cars that require a fob in lieu of a key need to come with two up front or the other one sent later to us (at my expense) rather than me having to make another trip to have another one made.
Lawrence, and Randolph were amazing!! Great deal on my F150. 3rd car I have bought from them and every time has been a great experience!
I see these bad reviews but not my experience. Very helpfully and relaxing. And I got out of there very quick. Go see Lawerence and Randolph you won’t regret! Best experience from a dealer I have ever had!!
Tramica made our car buying experience a wonderful one. She listens to your wants and takes your budget into consideration to find the perfect car, even if it takes a couple attempts she made sure we left 100% satisfied. I would definitely recommend them and rest assured, there is never any pressure or rushing you into a decision. Thanks again!

Dean made the purchase of a used vehicle as painless as possible. It was s fairly quick and easy purchase and Dean was pleasant throughout. Pablo in finance was also helpful. We never felt any pressure. However, we at first opted for the extra warranty. We were not told until The final signing that it is a 50% (them) 50% (us) coverage. Also, it is advertised as a three year/100k mile, and much of this period was already covered by the manufacturer at 100%. In the end we purchased the vehicle without the extra protection. We are happy with our minivan!
Great service top to bottom. From the moment I walked in to buying a car they treated me with respect and consideration. Only dealership I will be recommending people to. If you can, get Kieffer. Guy is very inclusive.
