I went there to buy 2013 Kia Sorento and I met some lady her name is Debbie, she is a very smartest underwriter and salesperson.
She is a very friendly person like my sister and works professionally with amazingly quick.I arrived there at about 3:30 PM but I could pick my new car up at 4:30 PM, it took only 1 hour!! test driving/all paper works with loan processing.I strongly recommend this dealer and Debbie and you will be happy~~Thanks, Debbie.
Braddock Motors is an amazing dealership! Can’t say enough what a great experience we had shopping at Crouse Ford Taneytown, MD and purchasing our King Ranch truck . Lewis Drake was the perfect salesman and had the entire deal done in no time at all. Not pushy, listened to what we were looking for , didn’t push other vehicles on us and had one waiting and warmed up to climb into! From my initial phone call speaking to Mr. Brown to the end of the night working with Debbie and getting the 0% financing I could not have wished for a better experience. I do not even know where to start with this. I will first off say that I never ever write reviews...... I took about a week to write a review at first I wanted to write a bad review because I felt that I was getting nowhere but then I thought let me try to reach management and address my concerns if it is not addressed then I will the bad review. With that being said I would like to thank the service manager Jason and the general manager Jad. They both listen and resolved my concerns. Every dealership has issues if you think that every dealership is perfect you are going to be let down big time. What does matters is how the dealership addresses and resolves any issues you may have at that time. This dealership was great with following through on their promise to resolve my issues. One thing I can take away from this experience is before you leave a review allow the dealership/company to hear your concerns and address them before you leave a bad review just to stick it to the company. PS gave it 4 out 5 stars because of the money on gas and tolls I spent getting it resolved :-)
The sales associate I working with was great, very accommodating as I had children with me. It was a bit difficult because they were renovating at the time I was there and they usually have a kids area. I’m sure it will be a little easier when everything is finished. The only slow part was actually signing the papers for the vehicle purchase because the business office was behind and what was originally predicted to me to take one hour took almost 2.5 hours.
I just purchased my new RDX yesterday and I am very pleased with it. I drove 2 hours to Rosenthal Acura to get my car. It was a hectic drive, but well worth the trip! I can???t say enough about this dealership. My salesman, Alan Eden was so helpful and such a pleasure to work with. He is a true professional. He did everything he could do to make this a great, smooth transaction. Even though we have so far to travel to get there, I would highly recommend this dealership. I really love my car! I just want everyone to know, KYLE is amazing. He is on top of any car troubles,warranties etc. I've never had issues dealing with him, i have had some issues with my ford explorer, and he has been very professional and courteous, and consumes his day around your vehicle and time. He will fit you in, and give you a reasonable timeline for your vehicle. I will always call them for future care of my car, maintenance etc. My car runs like a gem, and will always at crouse ford service

Our salesman, Micah Youngbar, once again gave us impressive and responsive customer service. (We are repeat customers). He came in twice on his days off to make sure that we were happy and taken care of. I have yet to visit a friendlier and more responsive dealership than Hagerstown Honda and I visited or contacted four area Honda dealers before purchasing our new 2018 Honda CRV LX. Ian Smith was also responsive with all of my internet inquiries before my on-site visit to the dealership.

Well let me say," I got a new Mech today. why, Is because my normal Mech was not there. I must say, Dan the new Mach I had was as good as Scoot when he work on my car. I would like to say this was my first car experience and it could not have been any better. Sade was awesome to work with. She knew what she was doing, she knew what I was looking for and worked to get that vehicle for me. I would recommend her. She is very motivated and you can tell she loves her job.
Walid - the owner makes shopping for a used car a pleasant experience. He's knowledgeable, honest, and not pushy. He answered my questions and explained options during my used car search. I leased a Focus from Brady at Crouse Ford. At the time he had told me they hadn't done many lease deals. Could have fooled me. He gave me a great price, and everything went very smoothly from the beginning of the lease until the end.
