I just picked up my new car at CarMax of Hartford and, I have to say, this was the best car-buying experience I have ever had. I had found a Ford Explorer that I wanted to see on their lot. I put a hold on the vehicle on their website, very early in the morning. By 9am the same morning, I was contacted by Rocco Toce, the most awesome sales person around. I have bought many vehicles through the years and he is the top of the list! We went to look at the truck and he had it clean and ready for us to test drive. We loved the truck but it just didn’t have all the options that we were looking for. I found the exact Explorer we wanted in New York and Rocco jumped right in to help us transfer the vehicle to Hartford. I have to admit, it IS a leap of faith to pay the transfer fee upfront before even seeing the vehicle in person. Rocco jumped in and took over. He spoke to the other CarMax and had them check every part of the vehicle out. I felt very comfortable after he called and told me the truck sounds good. My Explorer made it to Hartford very quickly and Rocco immediately checked it out and let us know it was perfect! I went to see it yesterday. It was beautiful and in the best shape. Rocco took us through the entire car and never rushed us through anything. He sent our Explorer to detailing while my 2009 Silverado was appraised. I received a fair price for my trade and the deal was smooth and handled professionally by the staff. I’m pretty sure I have not had a better car buying experience. Rocco and the team at Hartford CarMax could not have done more to make our experience the best. I did a ton of research about CarMax like I’m sure everyone does. I drove over an hour to work with them and I am so glad I did. We walked out of there with a great, shiny Ford Explorer and the greatest car buying experience!

I would definitely but again. This is an excellent cast. Very comfortable. Rides well. Lots of bells and whistles because I bought the Titanium model.
I nelong to am Explorer forum amd after having sveral peoblems with my 2016 Explorer Sport, I decided to purchase the extended warranty. Lombard Ford had the best pricing so I have them a call Emma was awesome on the phone and made it a quick and easy experience. I couldn???t have asked for anything more.

This is a great vehicle. I was surprised at how roomy the interior is and the storage/passenger room available. This is the smaller 1.6 L turbo engine and it has more than enough power to drive the highway safely! Nice ride, very quiet! Love the dashboard design-looks super and has a lot of electronic stuff! Handles great, very stabile at low and highway speeds. Got lucky with this car, highly recommend it. Great gas mileage too.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
My sales rep was Qalil and was very helpful. Everyone was friendly. The only thing was towards the end where I guess there was a misunderstanding on our deposit being given back but overall good experience.

This SUV has surpassed my expectations. I love how it drives, it’s nice & smooth like a luxury car. It’s get almost 24 miles to the gallon. It’s s 4 cylinder but has the “kick” of a 6 cylinder. There’s plenty of room in it. I have the Titanium version and absolutely love the “extras” that I didn’t need but am glad I have now!!! This vehicle has far exceeded my expectations!!
I had seen the car I bought online and decided to go look at it. When I got there they were very friendly. I asked to take the car for a test ride and was happily sent on my way after a quick explanation how to start the car. When I got back Dave O’neil Was friendly and amazing when I said I wanted to buy the car. They guided me through the paper work and made my descision to go there the right one. They were professional and would recommend anyone go there to get a vehicle

It was time to trade in our 2008 Ford Edge, so we went online shopping. We saw a car that caught our eye and decided to stop in and check out Thrifty, based on a friends recent experience. The car we originally wanted to see had already sold, so we strolled the lot with Mike to see what was available. We looked at a Ford Explorer then a Jeep Grand Cherokee. Very easy going, no pressure whatsoever. We fell in love with the Jeep and purchased the same day! So easy and customer friendly. Easily the best buying experience we've ever had!! Kudos to Mike & Bruce for making this an easy, wonderful purchase!!

I love everything about this car except not enough room for 3 car seats in the rear, you can fit them in but its a tight fit and hard to reach the seat belt connection, it do able but not easily done, I personally find that everything I need to use such as lights, gps, radio is all with in reaching distance and easy to use, its great on gas, drives quietly and of course my favorite feature is the back up camera
I had a excellent experience at Bertera Subaru from working with my knowledgeable , friendly and attentive sales consultant Issa to completing the transaction with Crist the business manager. He was extremely helpful and make the transaction run smooth.

Very good mileage, great heater and air conditioning. Love the fact I don't have to bend down or climb up to get in. Just slide straight across and sit. The stereo is excellent.
It was nice to get beyond the dickering that one is always subjected to from car salespeople. Buying from the comfort of home was nice.
This has been such a great car, I bought a 2018.

I bought this car from Ford, I was second owner, Ford Leasing was first. I have driven this car all over Texas, and to Colorado a couple of times. I still has 28,000 left on a 100,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty.
My two contacts were with Harry The salesman and Steve in the finance department. Both were extremely knowledgeable and professional. Let me just start by saying I live two hrs from this dealership and Harry made the one day prossess a pleasant experience. Steve in the finance department was also completely professional and answered all my questions with confidence and knowledge. I would definitely recommend this dealership to people I know, and will definitely consider this dealership in future vehicle purchases.
I went to Bob Thomas Ford looking for a new car after twelve years in my Explorer. I worked with Colby who was very knowledgeable, helpful, and courteous. Bob Thomas also met with me to welcome me to the dealership and let me know he was at my service. I expected to leave with a certified pre-owned Explorer. Colby showed me the new Flex with the eco-boost engine and I was sold. No high pressure sales, just great service.
Michael Tavares did a fantastic job in helping me locate an F150. He was always courteous, professional, and very patient in dealing with me in my search process.
While this time I ended up finding a vehicle at another dealer that was geographically closer to me, I would not hesitate to recommend Michael to anyone in the area looking for a new vehicle. Next time that I am in the market, he is sure to be my first call.
I had been looking for a new Mustang, either new or pre-owned. I had been to many local dealerships and was hesitant to go out to Windsor. I'm so glad I did! Anthony-the manager- contacted me and said Easton Lawson, their Mustang specialist would be reaching out. We set up an appt and he was fantastic. Everything you want in a salesman. Friendly, courteous and above all, very knowledgeable about the cars. I did choose a convertible and the whole buying process was very smooth. Easton knew I was nervous and he made sure all my answers were answered. The service was above the norm. For instance- the car only had one key which he did not realize at the time of the sale. He made sure another key was ready- and these are those fancy "keys" now a days. Not like going to the hardware store. Another nice touch- I left in my new car with a full tank of gas.
Overall- excellent dealership!
