My husband, Donald had called Leckner at King George, Va . Dustin Russell answered the telephone call. Donald told him about several vehicles that we may possibly be interested in seeing when we were passing by on the way to Fredericksburg, Va. Mr. Russell took the information down after talking with Donald and then passed it on to Patrick Cole. When we arrived on Saturday morning , 3/24/2018 Patrick Cole greeted us with a welcoming smile. He asked our names and how we were doing! Upon Donald telling him who we were Patrick immediately recognized our names and informed us that he had been given the information from Dustin Russell. Mr. Russell came over and spoke with us and started working along with Patrick to help us! These young men were very helpful! They were both very polite and ready to work with us! They wanted us to leave that day with a car that suited our needs. We talked for a good long while, test drove several Jeeps. (1) was a 2017 Compass Jeep. (1) 2016 Compass Jeep (1) 2016 Jeep Renegade- Red!) Upon driving the Jeeps, we talked with Dustin and he made us a possible deal.. we thought about it and decided to leave and take care of the business that was necessary and said we would think about it. Several hours later, we returned, asked them the price we could get the 2016 Red Jeep Renegade. With the trade in we were offered and the price they gave us...............WE BOUGHT THE JEEP RENEGADE!! These young men were well informed and new what they were talking about when it came to the Jeeps. Polite, courteous, and very friendly. This is a great vehicle. I was surprised at how roomy the interior is and the storage/passenger room available. This is the smaller 1.6 L turbo engine and it has more than enough power to drive the highway safely! Nice ride, very quiet! Love the dashboard design-looks super and has a lot of electronic stuff! Handles great, very stabile at low and highway speeds. Got lucky with this car, highly recommend it. Great gas mileage too.
Great Sales experience with Adam. He was so nice and didn't pressure us to buy that day. Had exactly what we wanted within our price. He made sure we were taken care of and Hightower did a great job with our paperwork and signing. Will definitely recommend them to everyone we know.

This SUV has surpassed my expectations. I love how it drives, it’s nice & smooth like a luxury car. It’s get almost 24 miles to the gallon. It’s s 4 cylinder but has the “kick” of a 6 cylinder. There’s plenty of room in it. I have the Titanium version and absolutely love the “extras” that I didn’t need but am glad I have now!!! This vehicle has far exceeded my expectations!!
Great service I purchase a 2013 toyota tacoma the following week I got check engine light on I call Lisa plummer service manager and she toll me to bring the car nex day I drove the car to the chop Mr`pepe check my toyota he found the problem and make an scheduled to change the part great team work keep doing it and also Mr Mallie sales did very good job too

I love everything about this car except not enough room for 3 car seats in the rear, you can fit them in but its a tight fit and hard to reach the seat belt connection, it do able but not easily done, I personally find that everything I need to use such as lights, gps, radio is all with in reaching distance and easy to use, its great on gas, drives quietly and of course my favorite feature is the back up camera
Mr Robert Crawford was very nice and pleasantly greeted me when I arrived. Thank you for the superb sales person. I recommend your dealership to everyone that speak too. Your cars are very clean. Mr. Crawford was dressed to impress. I loved it. Thanks again for your professionalism.

Very good mileage, great heater and air conditioning. Love the fact I don't have to bend down or climb up to get in. Just slide straight across and sit. The stereo is excellent.
Great people , took care of my needs. Will recommend them, Zac was my Sales guy. Very nice. Very easy to buy, fast and proficient. Go see them.
This has been such a great car, I bought a 2018.

I bought this car from Ford, I was second owner, Ford Leasing was first. I have driven this car all over Texas, and to Colorado a couple of times. I still has 28,000 left on a 100,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty.
I had a great pickup, unfortunately a bit tarnished by the previous days encounter for dropping off prior to the appointment. Today, Ben and Ali were super so I don't know if things were just off on Thursday but I hope to never experience the disappointment from the previous day.
A few years ago we purchased a new vehicle from Cowles Parkway; but the vehicle (although not considered a 'lemon') experienced rain leakage (which they repaired) and eventually a cylinder malfunction that required installation of a refurbished engine.
What gives? Brand new vehicles shouldn't have problems.
Although each of these defects took a long time to repair, thankfully Cowles repaired everything. However, during each lengthy repair, we rarely heard from the Service Team so were not kept up to date.
We thought it's their responsibility (their responsibility!) to contact the Customer to let them know what's going on, not vice versa. We had to call a lot and felt very lucky if we were able to talk to someone and find out details.
Cowles Service and maintenance is great, but overall Customer Service and making contact with the Customer is lacking. We realize they're balancing many customers, but a simple phone call letting the Customer know how things are would be very helpful. Why do we need to call them to find out details?
After our incident on 11/28/2018. The dealership contacted me and offered to make things right. They apologized for what was an accident. I understand this and continued to do business with them by purchasing a truck. I would like to thank them for giving the extra mile and doing the customer right. I would do business with them again.
Took a week to hear from them. Was about to give a 1 star review. Finally talked to someone about a truck I was interested in. I was informed the truck had significant rust. Saved me a 2 hour ride. Thanks
No nonsense and very diligent in getting everything correct. I am an internet buyer and things could not have gone any better.
