In 2006 I purchased a new F-150 Lariat 4x4 CrewCab. I???ve put over 120k on it in the last 12 years and have absolutely loved it. A few weeks ago after admiring my friends Raptor I started to get the new truck itch. I started doing my research to find the truck I wanted. I found three dealers in the South Puget Sound with the truck I wanted. I have always loathed the car buying experience- especially the negotiation part. I called Titus-Will first and spoke with Cameron. I told him what I was looking for and what I wanted to pay. Unlike some of the other dealers I contacted he was willing to listen and work with me. In fact a Ford dealership in Olympia was completely unwilling to work with me. I decided to make an appointment to meet with Cameron. He was great to work with throughout the process. The sales manager and I hit a bit of a crossroads on the price. Since we were also in need of a car for our almost 16 year old daughter we decided to see if we could use the stalemate to our advantage in getting a good deal on a used car. He was able to locate exactly what we were looking for. We are very grateful for for the way Cameron took care of us today. We also had a great experience with Shelly the finance manager. We walked away today with a brand new fully loaded 2018 F-150 RAPTOR and a 2014 Subaru Forester. Thank you for making this process a great experience.

Best car buying experience and low pressure. I called on a 2016 Porsche Cayenne S e-hybrid Jeff Burley went above and beyond my expectations but sending me multiple additional photos of the Porsche Cayenne. Jeff went a further step and had another associate Mike Krein Also send multiple photos inspecting the entire SUV as I would be driving 159 miles away from Camas WA. Jeff insured me as I would be driving over 2 hours away that the Cayenne smelled new and no disappointments. Jeff explained to me that he didn't want to be dishonest and try to get me to come up there and not be the exact vehicle I wanted. When I arrived the Porsche Cayenne was pulled up front keys ready and detailed. Jeff let me look over the vehicle and my wife and I test drive the Cayenne alone. We arrived back at the dealership and Jeff being low pressure and the vehicle being even better condition than we expected only being 1 year old told him deal. That was it and very professional the deal took less than two hours great finance department with Ron Buchanan. The dealership went above and beyond my expectations thank you Jeff, Mike , and Ron. I will be back for my next vehicle you guys are amazing to work and deal with. Thank you 100 percent satisfied customer.
The employees are awesome! They worked out a price for me in the car I REALLY REALLY wanted, and that alone made me feel a lot more comfortable. I was actually praying that they were not going to tell me, "Sorry, we can't give you a better price but, we can put you in a different car." No one wants to hear that, especially if you have your heart and mind made up on specific one. The sales professional that helped me went out of his way to get me the car and knew a lot about the car I was buying. Thanks for making it fun and easy to buy a car.
I???ve made it a point to purchase only used vehicles in the past after a miserable experience at another dealer. I got the price I was quoted before I ever stepped foot in the dealership, and they even helped me find financing when mine fell through. The finance dept. was quick and painless, and most important to me: nobody tried to upsell me on anything. I was asked if I wanted any type of accessories or warranty items, I said no, and it was never brought up again. Never felt any pressure to purchase anything, and my salesman Chad Ojard is a stand up guy, ask him about his Mustang. This is the way all dealerships should operate. Chad and his team made the drive to Olympia totally worth it for me.
This is a dealership without commissions...they had no incentive other than to collaborate to make me happy. Unlike other dealership experiences where my entire experience was a draw of the luck of the agent who would reach me first, here I encountered collaboration between various employees, all with the common purpose of helping me find the right auto. No pressure with purchase. Excellent follow-up. Impressed.

I purchased a vehicle here with the help of Josh R. (and Chris and Josh's boss whos name i missed). I came in quite unprepared with my credit union, but Josh really helped us out and went the extra mile to get us in the car we wanted.

First hubby and I drove to the Vista car lot at 11102 Pac Hwy SW as the ad here on cars.com said this was where the vehicle we were interested in looking at was parked. The sales rep there Kevin kindly informed us that this car was at the other store just up Pac Hwy but he showed us a few vehicles on that site in our mileage and price range before we left.
Once at the location on South Tacoma Way Jeb was our salesman. We were never pressured and he was informative. In the end after driving the car we came to look at we decided a second car on the lot might be more what we wanted.
About an hour later we were signing papers on our new 08 Hyundai. The only snafu at all was that I was not able to just pull up our insurance info on the app as I was told I could (lol!) The stress was on me, though, but Jeb was even helpful in handling that. He even printed out copies of our proof of insurance for us right there once we got that figured out!
All in all it was a super shopping experience. I highly recommend Vista (and Jeb!)
We had a great experience buying a new vehicle from Bowen Scarff Ford. The entire team was very friendly, helpful, and super efficient. We found the vehicle we wanted, hit the price we needed, and closed the deal fast. 10/10, would buy again at Bowen Scarff.
