I don't review a lot, but I have to mention the service I received from Jeff Ludwig. When I bought my 2013 Audi S4 APR Stage II, back in 2015, Jeff helped me and even sent me videos of the car since I was buying from Illinois. He also held the car with a modest downpayment for me.
Unfortunately my mechanic stole some of the upgrades off of my car when it was in for my last service. Since Manheim did the upgrade I had no paperwork. I searched my email, called Manheim, Jeff still worked there, and had me all the paperwork I needed to support my claim in 2 hours. If that isn't after sales support I don't know what is. Being able to count on a guy several states away, years after the fact, is the type of person I would want to work with if I were you.
To management: Please give Jeff a raise.
I felt from the first phone call I was dealing with a straight shooter , and I was right . Kevin could not have been more honest or accommodating. A hard thing to find at any car dealership anymore. In the future I’ll be living in NC but would check 905’s inventory before anyone .
I'm driving my 4th new Ford Escape purchased in the last 12 years, and all four Ford Escapes have been purchased through sales rep Dan Behmer. Dan's customer service skills are outstanding, and when I return to Whitmoyer Auto Group for my next Ford Escape, it will be because of the amazing service I receive from this dealership and especially, Dan Behmer.
Purchased a 2016 high mileage vehicle, very happy with the fair price and quality of the vehicle they had for sale. Owner does a great job buying vehicles to sell as all of the vehicles on the lot looked in great shape and well taken care or. Pleasure working with Corey on the deal as the car was priced fairly and didn't have to haggle. Drove over an hour to their location and would drive it again to buy another vehicle.
Thanks to Zach Harpin and his dealership I was looking to buy a truck but they didn't have any on there lots that I wanted. They were able to find 1 in the auction with the options I gave them, definitely made the experience a lot easier with A++ customer service
Tom was a pleasant salesman, No presure.. He answered questions. Also, he stayed past store hours to complete sale. So I could receive my Nissan Rogue that* night. Great service! And I Iove my vehicle. Will recommend you to others.
This is our 4th purchase from this dealership in last 10 years, 3rd with John Plank as our salesperson. Honest and easy to work with. I originally went in for my scheduled maintenance service on my 2016 Taurus but was also interested in getting another vehicle for my wife. John and the staff worked with us to get us a beautiful 2018 Escape. Service on the Taurus was absolutely great too. Very reasonable price and great service. I am converted to driving a little more to get the great service on our Ford vehicles.
This is my second leased vehicle through Apple of York, formerly Beasley Ford. My first experience with this team in 2016 was awesome. Greg Ernst continued the excellent customer service through my lease term with checking in and informative emails and phone calls. Leased a 2018 Ford SEL Escape in January and the time, attention and care remains excellent. In 11 degree cold weather Greg and I located the right vehicle with the standard and additional accessories and interior I was looking for! This is a dealership that truly values its customers.
Brian Brenneman Sold us our 2nd New SUV at the new Apple Ford/Beasley. They had everything ready for us to pick our new Edge Sport. The process was quick and easy. Great services from the sales department thru the finance department.
After researching the vehicle we wanted and prices for weeks (& sending out information out to various dealerships), we visited a dealership closer to us that had the exact Explorer we wanted. We ended up leaving unsatisfied with the customer service we received and searched again after we left, for a similar Explorer. That search brought us to Caleb with Apple Ford, he assured us that if we made the drive there they would give us the best numbers possible. We decided to hope for the best and make the trip- Caleb had the car ready out front, they had already started working on a deal for us, and ended up giving us better numbers than we expected! They beat any other dealerships numbers that we spoke with, Caleb was so great to work with from the start, Jackie was quick and efficient, and they had us out in record timing (per our request). We had such a great feeling after we left and are still very happy with the experience we had at Apple Ford - we will be back!
I highly recommend Piazza Mitsubishi. I was originally looking for a used car and decided to look at the new cars. This is my first new car purchase so I was really nervous at first but my salesman made me very comfortable an did not pressure me.
