I reached out online ( let???s be honest, this day in age we all prefer to take care of biz online). Sent an email inquiry???an immediate response (insert applause). Secured a time to come in for a test drive and discussion. No further questions and boom??? I was driving home in my new, very sharp looking Jeep! I???m a returning customer and look forward to continued business!
EXCELLENT customer service! Patrick actually listened to my concerns, found the better option over other competitors, was very honest and did EVERYTHING in his power to help me! I recently purchased my second Subaru Forester from Don Miller East (Madison). I found the vehicle on-line and my questions were quickly answered by the Internet Sales Manager. The Sales Representative and Finance Manager treated me with respect and assisted in completing the deal with humor and in a hassle-free manner. The ending price was exactly as that quoted by the Internet Sales Manager - there were no hidden costs. I drove off the lot with a smile on my face and a low-cost monthly payment. The qualities of the vehicle and of the staff have made me a life-long customer.
I just traded in my 2012 Camaro ZL1 for a 2002 Mustang Gt that was loaded with thousands worth of upgrades. I was working with Don through the transaction and I was in a situation where I was trying to buy down and drop my car note and still get into a vehicle that was somewhat comparable to my ZL1. Me and Don were able to come up with an arrangement where all I needed to do was stop by swap keys sign a couple documents and I was in and out in a matter of a hour. The only reason it took an hour is because my bank was taking a long time with paper work on there end. I have purchased many vehicles from dealers and experienced both the best and worst and by far my experience dealing with the Glacier Valley Ford group was nothing short of painless and positive. There whole staff is very professional and down to earth people who really seem to care about YOU the buyer as a person and not just a means to an end. Thanks for a great experience Glacier Valley Ford staff!!!!
