My wife and I were assisted immediately after entering the sales floor. Liam Berry was very polite and personable. Liam made us feel comfortable and welcome. He assisted us with the vehicles we were interested in and was able to answer all our questions immediately. Liam was familiar with all the features and options for our models and helped us understand the options and similarities/differences between the models. When we decided to pursue purchasing options, Liam had that covered as well. He presented options for all models we were interested in for purchase and lease with apples to apples comparisons. We never felt like we were being pressured to make a choice that was good for the dealership. When it came time to complete paperwork, Jennifer Holish was was ready and thorough. The paperwork was complete in no time and everything was explained in detail before signatures were taken. Compared to our previous vehicle purchases, this was a very enjoyable - yes, enjoyable - experience. We are completely satisfied with the option we selected and will definitely return for our next purchase. We had our previous Volvo serviced with Volvo of Lisle and will return there for service with our new Volvo.
I have nothing but good things to say about CarLotz! The buying process is very friendly and there's no pressure! My truck was in the shop longer than stated. When I returned the loaner vehicle, the service technician inspected the loaner vehicle with a fine tooth comb before giving me the keys to my vehicle. I had left some papers in the loaner so I went back. There was a gentleman returning a loaner and picking up his vehicle. The service technician asked the gentleman was everything ok and is the tank full. The gentleman said yes. The service technician handed the gentleman his keys and said thank you. The service technician did not inspect this man car before he was given the keys to his vehicle. Maybe because I'm a woman? Maybe because I'm an African American? Not sure, however, this didn't sit well with me.
I have only two fails on this. !) Due to past issues in my life with ex-cons targeting me (once being rammed in my son's car at Taylor and Sev, I had asked that my car be kept in overnight until I picked it up first in the morning. It was outside in the open with frost when I arrived. (I was in my son's car when on of them rammed us, and my wife also attacked in the grocery store by one, I am a bit cautions. 2) I had asked for the old parts to be returned. The manifold and other parts were not. I was unable to call back that day as I was called into work early and had to get to sleep (midnight shift). Otherwise, the work seems to be excellent quality so far.
I was a little put off by the fact that they were going to send me off without a copy of my multipoint inspection. When I brought it to the attention of the two service providers, they confirmed the only thing that came up was the three services (spark plugs, fuel injector, coolant flush) that they had told me about. Regardless, I wanted a copy of it for my records should anything happen or come up. Instead of asking the tech for it, the female service advisor just grabbed a blank one and marked everything 'green.' How do I know at that point that the inspection was even done? Quite frankly, this is the second dealership I've visited, and after countless issues with Kia overall, I am thankful my car is paid off and I will never get another one again.
Needed to purchase a newer used car for my daughter. We had a very good purchase experience with our sales person Jason and the rest of the staff. No pressure and the pricing is below KBB. Hertz Car Sales in Crystal Lake is a new found gem for me. They will now be considered for any future car needs.
After talking with Tom over the phone giving me a deal on Nissan Pathfinder I made the drive down and I’m so glad I did. When I arrived I met with Tom who than handed me off to his colleague Jonathan. These two are the best gentleman I have ever worked with when buying a car as they made the entire process go so smoothly. The process was very thorough. Everyone was friendly and helpful. My sales associate Hassan was wonderful! Made sure my visit was perfect from the moment I walked in the doors to the moment I drove off.
This was our second car purchase from Mike and we were just as happy this time as we were last time. Our first time we met Mike we almost bought from him. We were going through financing and then decided to not buy. We felt bad for how it went down. A few months later we returned. We were a bit worried that how things went the first time might affect how he would treat this time. Well he was great and went through with a purchase of a Pacifica. It took a few trips because we have 3 kids and Mike was patient and very understanding. This last purchase took a total of 2 hours and we again are totally pleased . He has very good product knowledge and listens to what we want. We like his down to earth demeanor and that he isn???t pushy. We have given his name out to several of our friends and hopefully he will get a few sales from them. Finding a car salesman who is honest and not just out for the sale is hard to do. Mike is that kind of person. Thank you again Mike and we will be back when we need another vehicle.
