Not sure what I was going to do today while turning in my leased vehicle,however I ended up leaving with a new vehicle. Joe Bauman, my salesman did a great job of not pressuring me and making me feel so at ease. Not only Joe but every one in the facility that dealt with me were very professional. I've always liked the looks of the Ford Explorer and today I stopped by a Ford dealer close to home and made my purchase after driving a couple Explorers! I enjoyed the drive as much as I've admired the look of the vehicle! Couldn't be any happier!!
I talk to Mr. Reynolds on the phone told him what I was looking for ;he took care of me helped to relax ;he was so professional the whole sales department made me comfortable (I had my 2 grandchildren);Mr. Reynolds showed how my car works went over my phone sync instructions He is awesome.
I bought a used vehicle with no warranty.I had to purchase extended warranty.I. let the salesman know where I wanted the payment to be he came back with a offer higher than I wanted I told him I couldn't do that he got cocky with me so I walked out.I was on my way home when he called with an offer that I needed which was made by his boss.So if it wasn't for his boss getting involved I would of went somewhere else to get a truck.
Lawrence Reynolds did a great job working with me. The whole process was smooth and all of the people involved were polite and friendly. This is the fourth F-150 I have purchased from Interstate Ford. They have all been flawless trucks. The truck that I traded in(2014) was maybe the best ever. I hope the 2018 works out as well as the 2014. Lots of bells and whistles on the 18 I hope they all continue to work.

Once again I am extremely impressed with the service at Beau Townsend Ford. Having a leak and low tire pressure (below 10 psi) from a screw in my tire on my way to work I stopped in at Beau Townsend where I purchased my vehicle. Understanding the appointment process and heavy business leading up to Thanksgiving I wasn't expecting to get such quick attention to my problem. The staff was courteous and understanding and told me they would do their best to get me in and take care of the problem. After waiting a bit they patched my tire and I was on my way. What a relief!!! Thanks folks.
Infiniti of Dayton, and specifically, Jerome Smart and Zack Field, are superb in all ways. Have worked with Jerome in the past and he is a first-class person as well as an honest and very energetic and competent sales manager. And Zack, although I have have just known him a short time, is very supportive and knowledgeable about all products. A joy to work with.
