Pleasant welcome and generally efficient presentation of plans for somewhat technical automotive work. Despite 3 or 4 different prices quoted for my replacement wheel cover - it was nice that the price kept getting lower.
I was treated courteously and quickly. This is an absolutely great service group. The people are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. If they don't have the answer they will find it. They are always willing to go above and beyond the call!! Vehicle was in and out sooner than expected and done properly. I have the greatest regard for Service Rep. Alisha, Manager Sean and Scot the OPS manager. They all go the extra mile.
Everyone was very nice and you can tell they care. It feels like they are treating you like family and are very honest and don't try to over sell you. Fair pricing, clean facilities with wi fi and fast service
I've dealt with Tom Peck Ford for more than 20 years now and am impressed with how friendly, courteous, and professional the entire staff is. Service department has always treated me fairly and both routine service and unexpected repairs are done promptly and done right.

Took negotiating, when we didn't come to a concences. Ryan kept me updated on price changes. He took the time to reach out and find a mutual price we were both pleased with. Extra convenience that not many dealership would offer was to deliver my car and bring the trade back to them. They offered this service to me at no additional charge even though I lived 450 miles from dealership. Whole process when driver arrived took 30 min. I would highly recommend this dealership. Great delivery driver. I love my car just what I was looking for. A+++
I was looking for a very specific Mustang GT. After hearing that Kunes specialized in Shelby’s, I knew this was the right spot to shop. After seeing the exact car I wanted online, I made the trip down and purchased it. Great communication, process, and Alex was the best salesperson I have worked with in a long time. The work I had done I was told on my last visit would be about $150.00. I was billed $197.00. A little disappointed with that. My reset for my oil change wasn't done so I did that at home myself. Despite this I keep coming here for regular maintenance. I just feel it's the thing to do. I don't upset easily. All in all I've always had a good experience
Our experience was not particularly pleasant. The salesman didn’t really seem to listen to what we said we were looking for. Quite high pressure. I’m not anxious to return.
