I usually have a wonderful experience with Bowditch. For the positives, Al, our service rep who is head of the Blue Team is always a pleasure to work with. Also the mechanics always do an excellent job on our vehicles. However your new process of not being able to speak directly to our service representative lacks customer service. I had to call back twice to have someone return my call and then it was someone who has no idea who we are or what we need. Finally once she gave a message to our service rep he was very accommodating as always and I was able to have the problem resolved. Our service rep and mechanics deserve a 10, however your process does not. We have been clients at this dealership well over 40 years and my concern is that once the people who we have always had excellent relationships with are gone we feel our service and purchasing experiences will be lacking.
Mike and all the other people I dealt with from the ladies at the service desk to the tech that explained how to handle my concerns were all wonderful. Very polite and had great attitudes. Mike even checked for recalls and had them done as well. And on top of it all offered me a car wash. I couldn’t have asked for a smoother or more pleasant experience. Thank you Mike and all the other wonderful people that handled my services, I appreciate you.
I have been a loyal patron of this dealership for over 20 years. I have purchased several Acuras along the way. I'm happy to say that I will continue to keep this place as my favorite dealership. The best reason by far for my loyalty is Devin Sheldon! He is so great! He'll go out of his way to make the purchasing experience comfortable. He even decorated my new car with a huge ribbon. Loved it!!
my dad bought a ford f-150 back in the nineties. then my brother bought his f-150, followed by my dad. unfortnatally my dad passed, but the dealership bought the truck back. i have had been waiting for the return of the ford ranger and evan cannon was super in his customer service in getting me the book on the new Ranger's. this is a first class run dealership. when my dad decided he wanted a new truck, we went up to Williamsburg Ford to test drive a f-150. he wasn't treated very nice, and the salesman said some negative things to me while my dad was test driving a truck. my brother went up to there dealership and told them, we'd never buy anything from them.
My husband and I were looking for a used Ford F-350 and the dealership had one. The internet salesperson, Stu , was very responsive in answering our questions and assisting us. When we arrived to see the truck, it was ready for us to take on a test drive. All of the personnel we met were helpful and courteous. We ended up purchasing from Williamsburg Ford because they gave us a great deal. We highly recommend this dealership!
This was our second time working with Geoff. He is great! He really goes above and beyond for his customers to make sure you get everything you want and need in your next vehicle. Definitely recommend him to everyone!
The sale people were very knowledgeable , and was a pleasure to do business with. She had the service department clean the car prior to delivery and they did not half clean anything. The windows, interior seats, and carpet was not cleaned as good as previous car dealers had done. Overall Sale personnel are fine, Service personnel are not as good.
