I had a 2009 loved it now i bought a 2016 Escape could nt be happer roomy great pickup very good on gas love the new design and the backup camera and i can sinc my phone to bluetooth im in heaven.
I am not sure what to think, I am trying really hard to not think they sold me a car that had serious issues, we told them the importance of buying a new car and that 2 days later my wife and I were going to be, driving, to Colorado, and the heat didn't work, they didn't fix it even though they said they would and then while we were here, something with the tires broke and was banging and clunking when on less than perfect roads..now we have to drive all the way back with it like that and as you may know, there is nothing between here and there.
I am going to call Chris and talk to him about this, and I hope they have the integrity to do what is right and fix this, because, why would I have bought the car knowing that this could happen. Another review to come later. but as of right now, I am not happy and would not recommend them.
It was great buying this car, i had researched it, followed up with METRO FORD and bought it new form them in OCT 2015. Since then the experience has been totally positive for all my service needs and the customer service and follow up are outstanding.

This car is great. Drives well, handles well, quiet cabin. 3 stars for interior design as I have the titanium trim level and am not a huge fan of the shiny plastic portion of the dash, would have liked it more matte.
Happy with experience. Took longer than expected. I was surprised they couldn't get the parts for 4 days. I'm very unhappy with Ford about the expense of a tail light. Probably won't purchase another ford until they change their tail light situation.

The escape was a good addition. It a comfortable car and it the first time for keyless and a remote start. It’s a very reliable car and good in bad weather.
We went into Zeck not knowing what to expect Fran helped us every step of the way and even offered his personal opinion of the truck that I ended up buying! He wasn???t too pushy and helped us every way he could! I will definitely be back and asking for Fran in the future!

This vehicle is perfect for a small family. I’ve never had a major problem with mine since I bought it. Only small mainrenance problems like tail light being out. This car is really comfortable and has all the new features I was wanting. It’s perfect!
Forget what you've heard about buying vehicles from dealerships. Zeck Ford has simplified the experience and made it easy. There was no negotiating or being taken advantage of. No pushy salesmen or tricks being played. Zeck Ford offers the best price upfront, and offers the best customer service around. Nino and the entire staff was very straightforward and kind throughout the entire process.

I love my 2016 Escape. It's just the right size for my needs. It's has good looks and is comfortable to drive. The interior controls are within easy reach and easy to use. I love the navigation system and it is easy to use. I'm very pleased with this great SUV. I trade in my sport sedan because my old joints did not allow me to slip easily into it. My Escape allows me the ability to slide right in.
I recently was in search of a quality used and preferably certified vehicle with low miles. Salesman Louis Scrivo faithfully worked to locate and delivered such a vehicle. Cute Future Family Car

This car was purchased with a future family in mind. It is very roomy and has a large back trunk area. I regularly drive to and from New Jersey and the seats are very comfortable. I used to get back aches about halfway into the trip but I don't even notice any aches with this car. I love the foot-activated lift gate.. great for loading and unloading groceries! I've been getting pretty decent gas mileage for an SUV (24.6 mpg). I'm happy with this car and I'm sure I'll have years of safe & enjoyable driving!
We went in to look at trucks and our salesman Mike Amaral was so helpful! He was honest and straight forward and helped us get into a great truck that fits our budget and needs. Thanks again for all your help Mike!

Superb gas mileage, plenty of room, easy access to controls. Heated seats , a backup camera, and ability to make a call simply by pressing a button an the steering wheel and speaking. Also this car will call 9-1-1 if a significant accident is detected (I think if the air bags deploy)
We???ve bought from this dealership before. Haven???t had a bad experience yet. Our salesman was knowledgeable and super helpful. Mike Amaral went out of his way to make sure we got a good price on a quality vehicle. Quality people make a difference when making large purchase. Thanks for the help and the good experience.
I bought a Ford Fusion that I absolutely loved from Zeck Ford in 2015. It was a very easy process and I was treated with respect. I unfortunately, had to replace the Fusion this week as it was totaled in an accident. I chose to return to Zeck Ford for a replacement vehicle. I had a very specific set of must haves and a budget I was not willing to go over. I was able to purchase a new vehicle from the same sales associate I had worked with earlier. Fran Weis, was a very professional and easy to work with. He provided me with several different vehicles to test drive. I never felt pressured to speed more than the budget I had set. He patiently went over the specifics of each car and helped me make a decision I am happy with. Hopefully, I will not have to purchase another car anytime soon. If I do, I will return to Zeck Ford and will again request Fran Weis.
