We bought a used vehicle from Weir, and found out two days later that it had more issues than we knew. Jim at Weir was under no obligation to remedy the situation, but did what was right anyway. Weir put service and people first, and I would highly recommend them. What could have been a negative experience was made positive. Thank you, Weir Ford.
Recently purchased a used 2013 Yukon Denali from Weir Ford in Red Bud IL in March of 2017. Worked with Joe Hill and he was fantastic had all the information ready to go at the time of our arrival. No hassle pricing and everything upfront with NO hidden fees or last second add-ons. He even had the vehicle inside the well lit garage so we could easily examine the car as we arrived after dark to the dealership. The sales rep spoke with me at length about my own needs for my next car and showed me a number of different cars on the lot. He did not make me feel pressured to buy, and made sure I was fully satisfied with the car before I bought it. If I still live in this area next time I need a car I will be returning.

Don Kraus was the service adviser that handled my work order and he did an excellent job. He was knowledgeable and courteous; he kept me informed on the progress of the job and offered a rental car when it was determined that the job would take over a day to complete. My car has been running great since I brought it in and that's much appreciated!

Our first impression of Kurt Marty was "no nonsense." Is addition he was courteous and informative about every question we had. Never once did he push or show any impatience. He was very professional at all times. He informed us of other options. His sale to us was followed up by a visit from Mr. Barr. My wife and I went into the dealership to find out what my payment would be if we financed the remaining balance owed on two 2015 Kia Soul Base Model cars that the lease was up in May 2019. While I never got that information, Shannon made an offer to basically over pay us for our vehicles as the dealership was "low on pre-owned", to get us into brand new vehicles. So I looked around and was interested in the Niro. I liked the Niro FE due to the combined 50mpg and my wife liked her 2015 Soul so much she just wanted a brand new Kia Soul. We started the paperwork, My wife and I both went for test drives and after we got back he informed me that the FE trim of the Niro was not able to be leased. He said because of that error the manager will get me the next trim up, the LX for the same lease price offered on the FE. More paperwork was done and we closed the deal. Shannon. M was the reason I left with 2 brand new cars rather than my 3 almost 4 year old ones. The only thing that was not great was the fact that my wife and I were there almost 6 hours total. I don't know why it took that long but it did. My wife and I have had our new cars for a week and we both love them. Shannon. M definitely deserves a raise and a promotion with the skills he has. He was super professional and courteous. I hope that when my lease is up in 36 months, that I can work with him again.
