Everyone at the dealership, especially Kenny went far beyond expectations. In our situation, we had a horrible purchase from the previous dealer we had purchased from, and were left high and dry (spent an entire year paying for repairs and trying to get the car to pass emissions-nothing short of a nightmare). I came into the place exasperated and in tears. Between all of this the dealer listened to our needs-provided a amazing solution. I will never forget how they were able to actually sell a car through an empathetic situation that met our specific needs. We love our 2019 Nissan. Thank you.
Great experience. Matt was very helpful in explaining the different features on the various Highlander models. Helped me quickly figure out which one I wanted. Second highlander from Russ Darrow. Great customer service keeps me coming back.
We just leased a new Buck Envision. Each department was very attentive , knowledgeable, and thorough as we moved though the process of leasing our car. We had a great experience and would definitely recommend Eric Von Schledorn as the place to purchase a new car.
Having been to a few other Chevy Dealers it seemed to me the Chevy Volt was not that popular of a car and the salesmen did not know a lot about them. So I decided to try the Costco route. Costco sent me to Eric Von Schledorn in Saukville, 77 miles away for me. There I meet Randy Mickelson who seemed quite knowledgeable about the Chevy Volt. He answered all my questions and made the whole buying experience a good one.
Great car! Great service! Great deal! Work with Kristie, she was wonderful to work with before, during and after the purchase. No hard sell, just pure information. My wife said it was "like working with her sister" (if you're wondering if that's a good or bad thing my wife gets along great with her sisters).
Even after the deal was made their service did not end there. The Boucher team made sure the car was spotless and in brand new condition before they would hand it over to us. No swap out the plates, hand us the keys and see you later. There wasn't a speck of dust anywhere on the interior, there wasn't a single crumb on the floor, and it had a wax job on the exterior just for good measure (thanks Jim you did a great job). I would recommend this dealership to my best friend.
My experience from the end of November until now has been a 2.5-3 Star.
Specifically went to this location to look at at a vehicle. The sales rep was helpful and professional. Completing the paperwork and finalizing the sale took way too long, hours!!! There was one finance person helping four people in line.
Make sure you pay attention to details!!! Vehicle did not come with floor mats. Strange to me. When they dropped the vehicle off it was not detailed nor was the gas filled up per agreement, so when I called about everything they did cover the cost of new floor mats. Great customer service, right?
Fast forward to it now being summer. My air condition does not work. Per manager who was not customer friendly and rude on the phone, stated “anything can break on a used vehicle”. Makes you think you need check EVERYTHING before you purchase.
In my opinion, poor customer service. I would think you’d want to retain your customers by trying to help them out when the vehicle is less than 6 months old to them. Will not be going back to them to purchase my next vehicle.
We had the best salesman in Louie. He worked with us to find the perfect truck and a fair trade. I would highly recommend working with this team again and will recommend Griffin Ford to all my friends after the great experience we had.

I want to thank Tony Miller for his friendliness, patience, and honesty. I think Tony's attitude and honesty gave me the confidence to make the purchase without concerns. Even after the car was paid in full, he continued to help with the shipping process never once saying that's not his responsibility. As a car enthusiast, I have made many car purchases from all parts of the country and have worked with many salesmen, but working with Tony was professional and memorable and if the opportunity presents itself again, I would purchase from Griffin ford and Tony will be my representative. Tony was awesome. He was polite and knew what I was looking for in a car. He was very attentive to everything I said and needed. I was very impressed when he came in on his day off just to attend us. Tony was very patient NOT pushy like some other salespersons I saw that day in other places. Tony won my trust from the 1st time I heard him on the phone.
