Surprisingly Easy & Pleasant Process

Here are the major positives with the buying experience: 1) I phone shopped for several weeks. I asked drive-out price only. If I didn't get a drive-out price commitment over the phone, I would not do business with that dealership. Ken gave me a drive-out price over the phone with no qualifiers. And, when I went to the Planet Ford to drive the vehicle, the dealership honored the price given over the phone. I would have walked if the price changed, even in the slightest way. 2) Never felt pressured by Ken to make the buy commitment. He answered my questions and was extremely patient. 3) The post-commitment process was efficient and almost pain free as those things go. 4) Every person on the show room floor that I interacted with was pleasant and helpful. I assume most where salespersons. They all treated me as if I was their personal customer, even though they were not connected to this sale. It made a lasting impression. I applaud the culture that I experienced at Planet Ford.
