1st car purchase. 95% pleased w/ experience here.

Overall very satisfied with my experience. Bob Haugland was my contact there and I was happy with his manner, attitude, interactions, and honesty. Worked well to make my 1st car buying process very smooth and as painless as it could be (other than going through costco or the like). My only point of dissatisfaction was the monthly payment price didn't include the manufacturer's warranty, an additional $2,000. When I was with the financing guy (not Bob), the options for which warranty I could get were not laid out clearly. I was shown all of the "platinum" varieties (I just got the lowest platinum), and not until I was halfway through signing all the documents was I shown a page that that had other, cheaper warranty options. That felt a little sneaky, and I would have liked to explore all options ahead of time to get just what I need, not all the extras.
However, that was the only thing I wasn't happy with. I didn't feel pressured to sign until I was within my payment I was willing to spend, and I got the car just over $2,000 under the invoice price, so I'm quite happy!
