Few weeks ago I had my car service by Dan Curley......awesome job....inspection etc...10/31/2018 my first accident in a lot of years....I called next morning took my car down....Nate R. took care of me and my car right away....(Have to say the two young ladys at the front very friendly and great big smiles and they also do excellent job) Work was done I am very happy I purschase my car there (after 19 years holding on to my other car why did I ever do that) But I am one happy camper.......I was treated awesome and the service on both visit really great....Thank you staff at Kenny Ross Ford Library Road.....
Me and my wife came to dealership to see what they had to offer and what would work for us. Our salesman Steve wine from the beginning made the car buying experience and enjoyable one. He made it a point to see what we wanted and never tried to persuade us into something we didn???t want or need. I would recommend anyone to go see Steve for any car purchase.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
I purchased truck sight unseen on Greg's word and a few pictures. The truck was excellent beyond expectation and the experience was one of the easiest purchases of a vehicle yet. My thanks to Greg, Bob and the rest of the team at Woltz & Wind Ford.
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
Women sometimes are looked upon as not knowing much about cars. But at Kenny Ross Ford, I was respected, treated like royalty and felt as if i knew what i was talking about. Jim is an absolute Jem of a salesman, and took his time ; as with a woman i tend to talk more then men. I was at ease and never pressured. Everyone there was kind, knowledgeable and willing to take the time to explain whatever i asked of them. I am grateful and am looking forward of having an on going relationship with this dealership. i am very happy and excited about my brand new vehicle that i just drove home with a heated stearing wheel, as women get cold hands, but have a warm heart to compensate. Thank you Jim for all your hard work to make me happy.

Went for my vehichle's first inspection....made appointment on line, was assigned to a specific mechanic. Day of appt. had all of my information, the mechanic was very nice. He asked if I was waiting, needed dropped somewhere or if picking up at later time. I advised him that my daughter was able to meet me there, so I would be leaving to go out to lunch. He took my number and said would call when complete.
It seemed like no time and he called to let me know that everything was completed and to pick up whenever I was ready. When I picked up vehicle it was not only finished, but had it washed and ready to go!
Very happy with the quick, friendly service and will definitely go back again for any future needs!
Very good experience and the salesman made the difference.

I am very happy with my experience. Kurt Meixner was a tremendous help and very knowledgeable on the product. He really made the difference in my decision to purchase my Jeep with his efforts.
