Holt Motors has great employees. Jerome Lindquist is awesome to work with, he is very honest, nice and calm, not pushy or overbearing. He is a nice person. Jeff Lhotka in the service department is also very friendly and nice to work with. Very comfortable place to do business, whether it be for vehicle services or sales. From the time I made the first phone call, to my my first visit and ultimately to the day I purchased my vehicle, I felt like I was treated as a person and not simply a customer. Jerome genuinely listened and asked questions about what was going on in my life. He allowed me to take a car for a couple hours to visit family down the road to see what I thought about it. It seemed to me that more than making a sale, he wanted to make sure my questions were answered and that I was going in the direction of what fit best with what I had going on in my life. He was not at all pushy and I appreciated that! I felt genuineness from him as well as all the staff I encountered during my time working with them.
Tracy was great to work with. She understood what I was looking for and took the time to listen before suggesting options. I originally was looking for a slightly used F150 and Tracy was able to get me into a new F150 in my price range. Even though I have Ford dealerships closer to where I live, Tracy and the team at Holt Motors are my dealership for life.
Sarah helped me make many decisions before purchasing a brand new vehicle. She wasn???t pushy and made sure that I was getting exactly what I wanted. She was very good at explaining all my options so I understand them and was always willing to answer any questions I had. She was very good at keeping me informed about everything and alway gave me her honest opinion. She acted not just as a sales person but also as a friend.
Amazing experience and service. Jeff went out of his way to get us the right vehicle at the right price. Even offered to bring the vehicle to us to test drive. This is the second vehicles we have purchased from Buffalo Morrie’s and we will go back.
I drove 2 hrs to check out a couple vehicles I saw on line. With the help of Glen Koppin I was able to make the best choice. Very professional & friendly people without being pushy. Wade Carlson made the paperwork painless while another gentleman at the end of my visit showed me some tricks for my keyless entry, unfortunately I didn't get his name but was a great guy! We purchased new Escape from sales person Mike Zwilling and discussed financing with Jason Bentley. This was an amazing experience and probably the best I have encountered. No pressure tactics were used, and we trusted Mike and Jason were giving us good information so we could make a well informed decision. Mike listened to what we wanted in a car and definitely delivered.
I have recently purchased a new F350 pickup and had nothing but a wonderful experience. The trade in value they gave me was great and speed of getting the deal done was fast!
I also just brought two different vehicles in for service. Jeff was my service manager for both and was very helpful. One of the vehicles was a RV that needed to be fixed right away, of course right. Jeff was able to get it fit in and fixed on time for the trip! Thank you!!
The second vehicle was a F150. Again, Jeff slid it in and got it fixed on time! I would also like to thank Heather and the lady that helped me get F150 loaner! All are running great and have zero issues.
The only problem I had, hence the average rating on "Quality of Repairs" category, was finding the issues on both vehicles I had serviced. With the RV I was told it ran fine when the mechanic took it for a test drive. Jeff called me back right away with the update as to where I explained there was a service done and plugs were just replaced, and suggested that a/some coils maybe the issue. I'm no mechanic and figured this should have been figured out by the mechanic. There was two coils out and once fixed the RV ran great!
Same with the F150. The mechanic couldn't find the problem and said the only thing it could be was that I was using the wrong non coded key. Again, Jeff let me know of this right away and gave me some options. I opted per Jeff's recommendation to leave it there overnight. The mechanic did figure out the problem later that evening and I was able to pick it up in the a.m.
All and all Your team helped me out and got me back on the road again!
I had a recall on my jeep and Cornerstone was the only dealer in the area that went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Jacquelyn and Eric were genuine, professional, and provided excellent service. We will definitely be back, and will also recommend Cornerstone to family and friends!
