The sales rep spoke with me at length about my own needs for my next car and showed me a number of different cars on the lot. He did not make me feel pressured to buy, and made sure I was fully satisfied with the car before I bought it. If I still live in this area next time I need a car I will be returning.
Jay and Kyle were WONDERFUL and so helpful!!! Jay came in on his day off and helped us out. The whole experience was great and I would totally buy from the again. They didn't try to push us into anything. They listened to what I wanted and found it for us! And they were VERY patient lol.

Was looking to add a new truck to my business, knew what I wanted & sent my requests out. After talking to what seemed like 50 dealers, I gave up & passed along the search to my dad. My wife put in a lead and less than 5 minutes later she called me at work and said its waiting out front for us lets go check it out! So we get up to Bommarito and it was sitting backed in right up front. We drove it , loved it and when we sat down with Justin he had all his ducks in a row from the Carfax to the bank value of the vehicle so we didnt have to do the back and fourth thing. Financed it and were in and out in less than an hour.
My experience was great. The Service Advisor and very thorough, and alerted me to other issues that I wasn't aware of. In addition to the Emissions Inspection, the Sales Advisor advised me that one of my tires was in the yellow zone and that I also needed an Oil Change. As I am always short on time...I appreciate the Sales Advisors alerting me, while there in the Shop, so that I could handle/resolve multiple issues during one visit.
I was looking for a specific type of car and found it on Suntrup Ford’s website. I contacted Kevin Lupo at Suntrup, who talked to me about the car’s features, set up a test drive, and had the car ready for me when I arrived. Kevin was very knowledgeable about the car, and was extremely pleasant to deal with. I am very pleased with my experience with Kevin and Suntrup, I feel like I got a great deal with no hassle or the typical back and forth, and they threw in a couple of extras at no cost. Terrific!
I worked with Nelson who didn't see like had a good grasp of what was happening in general. The recall was fixed but Nelson called me on Tuesday to tell me my car was ready but then said it needs tires. I told Nelson to go ahead and call my fleet company for authorization as I wanted new tires on the car. I wanted to purchase those tires from your dealership. Nelson said OK and that he would call me back later. He never did. He ended up calling me back the next morning telling me that my car was ready. I went to pick it up assuming that the tires were replaced. The tires were never replaced. So not only did this delay me getting my car by one day and costing the fleet company more money, it also cost Suntrup Ford money as I was hoping that you would replace the tires as well.
Buying a car can be stressful, but we had a positive experience at Sunset Ford and with our salesman Tim Stewart. We had an idea of what we wanted, we did our research ahead of time and made sure we were prepared when we arrived at the dealership. It was very apparent that Tim respected our time and wanted to see us back on the road as quickly as possible. He was straightforward with us and was patient with my questions. We would 100% consider returning to Sunset Ford for our next vehicle purchase.
Brought my mustang in for an oil change and check up, ended up needing 4 new tires. Mike helped me choose a great set of tires for a great price, he worked with me to make sure the timing was spot on and I was able to get back into my car before the end of the day. Extremely professional and helpful.. I plan to go back to Mike for all my service needs in the future.
We have previously purchased our other vehicles elsewhere. We had a Ford Fusion that had two different recalls on it and we took it to Pudmann for service. Their service department was excellent and because of that we went to purchase a new vehicle through them. We have never had as positive of an experience as we have with Pudmann Ford. Our salesperson, Elliot was fantastic. The finance man Bill, excellent too. They made the experience so smooth and easy. Every interaction we have had with anyone at this dealership has been great! Would highly recommend this dealership to anyone and recommend them seeing Elliot. You will be pleased.

Purchased a new vehicle (An Escape) Looking for and purchasing was not a problem. Everything has been great, Went in at 8:00am, Home by 3:00pm with my new Escape. It’s about time for my first oil change, so customer service, I don’t know yet.
