My wife and I recently needed to purchase a new minivan for our family. Honestly, we weren???t looking forward to it - we were overwhelmed and a bit stressed... and the timing for our family budget was rough. We had heard great things about the New Haven O???Daniel Ford, so we decided to at least try to talk to someone. My sister recommended Mike Pocci, and she was 100% accurate. Mike was genuine, kind, and very knowledgeable. He did not try to get us in a more expensive car. He stayed in our budget. He kept in contact with us through text and calls the next free days before we officially signed. We also worked with Ryan Keebler and Mike Everton, and we couldn???t have been more impressed. Everyone was upfront and honest. They all communicated with us throughout the process. This team made this potentially stressful situation easy and even enjoyable! We will 100% return to Mike, Ryan, & Mike when we need a vehicle again, and we will refer them to ANYONE! Thanks, O???Daniel Ford! PS. And they have a GREAT selection ??? we LOVE our new minivan!!!
I don't usually enjoy buying cars. I encounter too many sales people that are trying to make a fast buck off of me. Buying a car from Leo Auto Sales was a completely different experience. They weren't pushy. They didn't pressure me. They worked with me on the price. Best car buying experience ever. I will definitely go back next time I need a car. This is what buying a car should be like.
This is a small town dealer with friendly, knowledgable people who treat you like family. We travelled 180 miles from a different state to look at a certified pre-owned Explorer. We anticipated that if we liked it we'd have to come back another time to trade our current vehicle in for it. They did everything necessary for us to leave there with the new(used)vehicle, full tank of fuel and with the old vehicle license plate on it! Within 3 hours.
I found a vehicle on Cars.com at Burnsworth-Zollars for my wife on a Sunday evening late, and we thought it might be too good to be true. Last time I tried to shop for a used truck, it was. I filled out the email inquiry, and Mr. Gavin McGuire called me Monday morning. He said he indeed had the car, so I told him I'd talk to my wife and make arrangements for the 2 hour drive on Wednesday. We were still wondering if the car would actually be there as we drove. Upon arrival, we found the car waiting for us. Mr. McGuire was very helpful with our questions about hybrid vehicles as well as demonstrating it's features on our test drive. We were happy to buy that car that day from him. Their finance office was very helpful to find the best deal for a loan which, to my surprise, beat my pre-approved USAA rate. It was one of the most pleasant car buying experiences we've ever had.
