This was the 3rd and final dealership we visited to purchase a used car. At the first two dealerships, we made offers, negotiated, and could not agree with the manager on a fair price. They both said they could not reduce the price. Several days later both called to say that they had changed their minds. We were displeased with how they conducted their negotiations and decided to keep looking. I found a similar car listed at cars.com from Valley Ford. We drove 1.5 hours to Oneonta. It was worth it. The receptionist was friendly and Chad was helpful. I was very pleased with the quality and price of this vehicle as compared to the others that I had seen in person and online at other dealers. The manager responded promptly to my offer. While there was some negotiation, I did not feel like they were playing games with us. We felt like Chad and Mr. Sumpter acted attentively, kindly, and honestly with us. We were happy to purchase the vehicle at Valley Ford. We will return to Valley Ford when we need another vehicle.
Excellent service; Got exactly what I was promised without the tricks. Definitely recommend Alexander because you get what you ask for rather than the typical dealer tricks. This is our 2nd car from the folks at Alexander. We first had a Mazda and this time we went with a Ford. Chris and Steven are very down to earth people who treat others how they want to be treated. There was no high pressure- just good info and good prices. They really do mean it when they say there are no dealer add-on costs. Just tax and title. I would highly recommend this group to anyone.
Chris Brannon and the guys at Alexander Ford was a great sales team. No hassle buying and very straight forward. Went to look at used trucks but came away with a new F150. Chris had sold a truck to a friend the week before and he referred me to Chris. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking. Would recommend Chris Brannon be the saleman to ask for.

My husband and I drove the 70 miles from our home to Jerry Damson of Arab to look at a used car. Both of us called prior to going to verify the car was still available and that we could see it. I guess we should have asked if we could drive it because, when we arrived, the seats were out for cleaning and the car would not be ready to drive until the middle of the following week. Bummer. We probably would have paid cash that day for the car if we could have driven it. Please let people know that they cannot test drive a car if they call about it. Some people drive a good distance just to be turned away.
Our car buying experiemcw was quick and seamless, as far as buying a car goes. The facilities are a bit on the "dated" side, hence the three stars. The building is clean and the sales people are fantastic. We will be going back so my son can have a tutorial with Anthony about all of the bells and whistles on his car. Overall, very happy with our experience at your store.
Sorry this couldn't be better, but the deal didn't work out. Mitch's staff - Patrick and Zach were first rate. Very courteous and professional and try as they might, we just could get to the number I wanted. Great vehicles and good people, we just couldn't make it happen. I was referred by a friend who told me Mitch could take care of me and he took his best shot, but they told me we were just too far apart. It's worth the time to go by and see these fellas. Maybe you will have better luck than I did.
I bought a 2015 Lincoln MKZ from Denise and returned to buy a 2016 from her. Her ability in making me feel comfortable and assuring me my needs were met was her main concern, impressed me. I felt when I left there I had gotten the best car deal I could have gotten. regardless of dealership.. I feel like I can call on her at anytime and she'll be there to help. In fact it's happened on several occasions. She's someone I trust unconditionally.
Jake phillips was my salesman and he did everything in his power to make sure we were 100 percent satisfied with my truck. I was die hard Chevy guy but very glad Jake hooked me up with this Ford.
